I ordered the sandwich online, came to the store at the right time and for my surprise it was not done and the store was about to close. Even worse it was up to me to get in contact with subway, cancel the order and somehow get reimbursed for it.
Something that is supposed to make your life easy have me a lot of headache. Terrible. I wouldn't recommend it.

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply disappointing experience I had at your establishment on May 8th. Despite placing an order at 9:06 PM and promptly arriving at the store at 9:17 PM, I was shocked to find the location closed, with the lights off and the doors locked.My attempts to alert staff by knocking and calling were met with no response until nearly 40 minutes later when I received a text message from a personal cell phone of one of the employees TAMAKA FLETCHER saying my sandwich had been prepared. By this time, it was already 9:55 PM.Considering your store's closing time is advertised as 10 PM, I was stunned that it would be closed at 9:17 PM. When I then asked for a refund and cancellation due to the inconvenience, I was met with silence.This level of service is entirely unacceptable. I am left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, especially as my only intent was to enjoy a straightforward meal before heading to work. The lack of professionalism and communication has left a sour taste in my mouth. I have screenshots and picturesI intend to escalate this complaint to your corporate offices and, if necessary, will involve the Better Business Bureau. All I ask for is a simple resolution - a full refund for my order.

It's Subway so what can you say right? One thing I can say about Subways it's very consistent every Subway always seems to be the exact same as far as food delivery which is a good thing for a restaurant.

What made this one extra special was the guy that was served us and I forgot his name that sucks. I just had a great sense of humor I never seen anybody looking forward to making sandwiches as much as that guy.

Subway you did me real dirty. Why allow someone one to make a purchase on your app for a location that is closed. So now you have my money and I'm still hungry.There is no customer service number for me to talk to a live person. So I am supposed to fill out a form online and trust you will contact me. This is not okay.

I LOVE eating Subway. and I have bought in more than 10 different places and without a doubt, the WORST place to buy is this. a couple of women fighting in front of customers. they serve people who stood in line after you first and also serve your food so poor it's embarrassing. as if you don't have money to pay $15 dollars and some tips.. They just don't understand what's wrong with them
