I placed an online order and went inside just to ask about it, but the worker was really disrespectful for no reason. She told me, “you don’t tell me what to do,” and started saying bad words I won’t even repeat here. I decided to just go wait in my car until the order was ready.
When the app said it was ready, I went back in, but the order wasn’t there. I asked her again, and she said she wasn’t making it for me and told me to cancel it and get a refund through the app. The problem is she marked it as “ready,” so I couldn’t cancel or get my money back.
We even tried talking to other staff, but she refused to help and kept being rude. I left without my food and without a refund. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a place — I hope management sees this and does something about it.

Workers don’t seem to be trained or food handlings and cross contamination. Phones are placed all over the sandwich making counter, gloves are not changed when they decide to scroll through their phones just before they dump walter lettuce on your sandwich. Cut fingers with bread knives and still continued to use the knives on plenty of other sandwiches afterwards.

I eat subway once a week. My first time at this location and I must say it was the worst sandwich I have ever received. I literally counted 4 pieces of chicken in the entire foot long. It was a sloppy mushy piece of crap. I would love to have gotten my money back but i already made it home. I will never give this store another dime of my money. That is just ridiculous.
Unfortunately this subway has went down as far as service. I walked through the door and no one greeted me or came out. I waited about 10mins still no one. I heard someone in the back talking. I said excuse me still no one. I am assuming if I can hear you , you should be able to hear me. So I walked around to the front of store where the fountain drinks were to see if I could see her. I said again excuse me. She leaned back in the chair on the phone having a personal conversation. She told the person on the phone to hold on and said may I help you( with an attitude and bucked her eyes at me) I don't do disrespect so I just told her no ma'am and don't worry about. I walked just out.When you are at work and working with the public please don't act like we are bothering you. This is my second time coming in contact with this girl. I just thought she might have had a bad day the first time but apparently this is her mood everyday . I won't be back

Service on April 17, 2025 @ 2:30pm was terrible (T). Poor customer service and poor attitude by the female during that time. She was using and operating her phone while preparing sandwiches. I asked her to change her gloves and she told me it didn’t matter if she changed her gloves or not, “Just Nasty,” I told her to keep the dame sandwiches then and walked out.

The sub was ordered toasted. It was cold. Ordered extra lettuce and tomatoes. The sandwich had neither. If you want a good sandwich for the price, stay away from this location.

I ordered the sandwich online, came to the store at the right time and for my surprise it was not done and the store was about to close. Even worse it was up to me to get in contact with subway, cancel the order and somehow get reimbursed for it.
Something that is supposed to make your life easy have me a lot of headache. Terrible. I wouldn't recommend it.

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply disappointing experience I had at your establishment on May 8th. Despite placing an order at 9:06 PM and promptly arriving at the store at 9:17 PM, I was shocked to find the location closed, with the lights off and the doors locked.My attempts to alert staff by knocking and calling were met with no response until nearly 40 minutes later when I received a text message from a personal cell phone of one of the employees TAMAKA FLETCHER saying my sandwich had been prepared. By this time, it was already 9:55 PM.Considering your store's closing time is advertised as 10 PM, I was stunned that it would be closed at 9:17 PM. When I then asked for a refund and cancellation due to the inconvenience, I was met with silence.This level of service is entirely unacceptable. I am left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, especially as my only intent was to enjoy a straightforward meal before heading to work. The lack of professionalism and communication has left a sour taste in my mouth. I have screenshots and picturesI intend to escalate this complaint to your corporate offices and, if necessary, will involve the Better Business Bureau. All I ask for is a simple resolution - a full refund for my order.
