Update: I stop by today not expecting the, District Manager Angela, to be in on visit because of the recent complaints. I was wondering why things were running smoothly and professionally. She didn’t know I was that customer so, I told her about my last visit with store Manager Carl and she took care of me and made. I’m hoping the customer service stays this way. I commend her for taking accountability and action to improve customer service at one of her Taco Bell restaurants.

The franchisee who owns this location needs to do a better job . Taco Bell has excellent food ! Not here most of the time . I went through the e drive through and got someone else’s order . It was 3 orders of food in one bag . I pulled back around and they told me since the order I received had 3 times the amount of my order I could have it . I explained that’s not what I ordered . I pulled around again and they started my order over and I waited for 30 min . When I picked up my food the girl at the window told me to enjoy my order and snickered . I had a wild feeling that someome might have done somthing to my food . Yall know what I’m thinking . Just know I left and just gave the food to a man standing on the sidewalk . It’s the Taco Bell’s regional manager to blame for this . I bet the owners don’t know . Anyway , I now don’t trust the drive through there . Enjoy ..

Update: still awful! Tried to go in at 11:30 doors locked. Drive thru only. Only high folks like to eat tacos in their car.

Thier dining room is constantly closed drive through open only. They are slow. My last 3 orders were wrong they didn't include all of my order. They were rude at the window.

Bro so freaking dissatisfied & disappointed this is supposed to be a good location- absolutely not they weren’t busy at all they were just literally aloof and messing around with each other - my husband went in there lost track of time and we had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 2:29pm - and it was 2:49 because I finally convinced him to say something and it’s was behind the counter out of view sitting there getting cold while no one noticed. Like come on now please do better like i know Taco Bell is fast food but Jesus Christ

Came here and ordered the chicken chulupa combo and was disappointed. Both chalupas were nearly only the chalupa shells and lettuce because of the minuscule amount of minced chicken which I had to find the because it was buried in lettuce and tomatoes in which I had clearly requested no tomatoes. the drive-thru person was so kindly which was the highlight of the day. My wife's food was very satisfactory, it's just mine that wasn't satisfactory at all. And If I didn't live nearly an hour away, I would politely taken it back and requested a refund.

Workers do not do there job. I waited over an hour for my simple $7 dollar meal. They stand and hide in the back and joke and laugh. While the whole lobby is full of people that have been waiting way too long. They will act like they don’t care and will throw your order at you. They also will not call your name just throw it on the counter. I watched many people walk out after demanding their money back. Terrible location honestly don’t know how it’s still in business. Every worker deserves to be fired since they already act like they don’t care about their job. Regardless if they say they need the work to pay there bills they should work and do there job. Or get someone who is more grateful to be there.
