Workers do not do there job. I waited over an hour for my simple $7 dollar meal. They stand and hide in the back and joke and laugh. While the whole lobby is full of people that have been waiting way too long. They will act like they don’t care and will throw your order at you. They also will not call your name just throw it on the counter. I watched many people walk out after demanding their money back. Terrible location honestly don’t know how it’s still in business. Every worker deserves to be fired since they already act like they don’t care about their job. Regardless if they say they need the work to pay there bills they should work and do there job. Or get someone who is more grateful to be there.

Waited 45 minutes for a sad taco. That about sums it up.
Worst service, not kid friendly at all! We dined in and the staff barely wanted to do anything I was told to use the kiosk and then when it came to getting my food I had to wait 10 minutes at the counter while being passed by staff in order to get my drink cups. Also their bathrooms do not have changing tables so if you have littles avoid this place unless you want to change the kids in the car.

While it did take some time to get through the "drive thru", the food was good. I got the new Caliente Chicken Quesadilla. I got it upgraded to grilled, supreme with onion & no Caliente sauce. This is the first time I've been able to eat at Taco Bell without getting nauseated. I have IBS, which makes me wary of Mexican food in general. Thanks to the crew at the Madison MS Taco for giving me what I asked for. It tasted good, and I've had no adverse outcomes from eating it. Thanks again!

Today wasn't great. I ordered on the app and waited for a while for the order after I arrived which I was okay with since I like everything fresh, but boy was I disappointed after making the 6 minute drive home because the hard shell taco supreme order was mushy and very cold. I feel certain I was given tacos that had been made for another customer earlier because I have never arrived home with cold tacos before. After driving home I expect tacos to be lightly soggy on the bottom, but not a mushy mess. I had to eat them with a fork. I considered leaving two stars for the food but the sliders were great!
