This was our first time at The Mermaid Cafe and it certainly will not be our last. Each dish was perfection and the staff was excellent! The Stuffed Catfish in particular was amazing!
My family and I visited to celebrate my Aunt's birthday. The food, the waiter and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great! We sat on the front porch of the restaurant as we awaited our party to be seated inside the restaurant. The view of the lake is breathtaking and so relaxing! I will definitely be back to visit! I ordered the stuffed catfish and it was delicious! I also ordered the fudge brownie to-go and I highly recommend both!
It’s just across the street from the lake, with a front porch for sitting and enjoying a cocktail.
Inside is comfortable tables and a good bar scene.
