Fast, fresh and large portions. Update as of 9/16/25: service has gone to pot, the employees clearly don’t want to be there and don’t care about order accuracy. Order placed 8:27pm. Cold chicken burrito with wrong ingredients, no corn. No straw with the smoothie. Won’t be back.

Food was standard tropical smoothie food.however, I.went through the drive through and the greeting was less than average. I paid and ask for my receipt and somehow a 15% tip was placed on my card. When I asked for a refund I got some attitude but when this person came back they were in a great mood. Not sure what's going on in their life and we all need grace. Il Tip incident could've simply been an accident, but beware. God bless America!

Ordered a smoothie asked if there was any extra instead of pouring it down the drain to charge me for small cup . Was told “ that would open Pandora’s box and if the smoothie was made right that wouldn’t happen.” I said, “no thank you.” to the order and that I would take my business to brookhaven, Mississippi. Upon leaving I was offered a free smoothie which I declined…. passive aggressive much?

From the time I walked in, to the time i left, one of the employees was extremely unprofessional. As I was ordering she was basically yelling across the store. While I was eating, she was walking around with headphones on buried into her phone. She also began to yell at a couple of officers sitting eating. She then proceeded to throw things around. Very unpleasant experience. Won’t return.

Our smoothies were watery and had no flavor. It tasted like ice basically. When we went back inside to have it remade the employees started openly making fun of us to the point that the manager had to tell them to quiet down and wait until we left to talk about us. We've spent alot of money here in the past but no more. Not a penny. We will go to smoothie king instead.

I got an açaí bowl with only strawberries and the ticket clearly says it but they still added the blueberries and it was a pickup order. I didn’t realize until I had already pulled off and I don’t have time to go back and get it changed. On the picture it clearly says no blue berries tho…

Waited in the drive thru a long time. My smoothie was very watery, and the lid was not on all the way. My quesadilla was burnt, and extra crispy.
