I typically order on the app and walk over from my job. They usually have my food ready within minutes of me coming in and it hasn't been wrong yet. The people are fairly friendly and the food is always fresh.

We had $20 stolen and the transaction was not rung up. My mother and I ordered 2 small iced coffees (1 vanilla and 1 caramel). The order was for $5.35. We gave them a $20 bill (there were 2 younger girls at the window). They handed us the drinks and then shut the window and walked away. This all occurred about 4:10 pm in the afternoon yesterday. We were never given any change nor a receipt of our transaction. Then we turned around and went back through the drive in window and the same 2 girls were near the window bagging food and walked away. They motioned for someone else to come to the window. Another lady came to the window and said that the manager had just left and she took my information. She said that when the manager came back in tomorrow she would have them contact me. As of this morning I had not heard from the manager so I contacted the corporate office and was advised that this information would be passed to the area manager over the manager.

Pulled up to get my order (1 kids meal) and could see it right there, within reach - had to wait for the ladies to finish their conversation though (they could see me) when they finally handed it to me, they would barely look at me, and continued their conversation- it was only when I got home, that I realized they didn’t include a toy in the kids meal - my daughter was so disappointed. Maybe pay more attention to actually doing your job than standing around gossiping?

This was my first time coming to this Wendy's because the parking lighting is so dark it doesn't look open so I normally pass by. But the food was hot and fresh. I did enjoy my food.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Ordered online my jbc had NO BACON the bun was old and wilted. The baked potato looked a mess and over cooked bacon.

They need to do better or shut down.

My family and I went on a Sunday(Aug 17, 2025)... I placed the order, and paid. I was then asked to move down and wait. We waited 20 mins for a NUMBER 5! The chicken wrap with no ranch. I only waited that long because the doors were locked. Well in 20 mins, the food came out cold and full of ranch. I stopped the worker and told her. She went back in for another 10mins. Came out and said WE DECIDED TO REFUND YOUR MONEY WE DONT HAVE ANY CHICKEN... I sat there all that time for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING‼️..... It was a complete waste....Every time we go its a problem. This will be my last time

20 minute wait in drive thru even when mobile ordering ahead. Multiple staff members playing on phone. Order was wrong. They were out of all kinds of things. Seems to be an insane failure on the management. Corporate needs to step in here.

If you’re white just move on. They don’t want your business here. They have the most miserable attitudes at this location.
The corporation needs to get involved here regardless if it’s franchise owned. A black eye for all Wendy’s.
