The food was made sloppily and they weren't very quick. There was only one person working.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp for wheelchair accessibility and handicap parking.

I often travel from the coast to Jackson for work. I'm a sucker for a Krystal's burger, we don't have a restaurant on the coast. I stop at the Magee location every drive home. The ladies who work at this location are so friendly. It is nice to see a smiling face. Food is hot and good.

Burgers are very good. The service was extremely slow. We were the only customers inside, and there were 3 cars in the drive thru. Only 2 employees that I saw. A customer came in, waited, went to the bathroom, returned, and still no one at the counter. The customer left.Bathrooms were dirty. But they were also connected to a gas station.Both places are not very well run or managed

Around 4:50 3 employees stood in there and just looked at me as I waited to get service. Not one of them said a word and not one of them came over finally I got tired of waiting and just left. They obviously do not want nor need any business. Sad excuse for for a fast food restaurant and then after I finally got tired of waiting, the one woman that was went in there, sit in the dining room and sat with her son at a table instead of greeting customers.

Crack the whip and pull in next to left curbside. They have a drive thru for cars. Truck can make the quick stop.
