Krystal is a popular spot for those who love White Castles. The restaurant features moderate seating inside and is moderately kid-friendly. Wheelchair accessibility is available with a ramp and designated parking. The food, including their signature burgers, is hot and generally good, although service can be slow. Despite the friendly staff, the restaurant appears to be understaffed, which can lead to delays in service. There have been concerns about cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms, which are connected to a gas station and have been described as unkempt. The drink station also needs tidying up. Overall, Krystal is a convenient stop for a quick bite, though it may not provide the best dining experience due to various issues.
