French fries old, burgers thrown together. Flies everywhere, bathroom filthy, no toilet paper, fountain machine needs wiping off. Floors and mats needs sweeping. Nasty place.

We stood in the lobby for 10 min while the crew glared at us and didn't take our order. They looked us in the eye and didn't greet us or tell us that someone will be there shortly. The manager then starts to mess with the sauces ever so patiently and then turns around to take our order (I knew he was the manager because he was older and NOT in uniform) I don't care that he wasn't in uniform, but he was so terribly rude. I am not a Karen at all I have worked in the restaurant business my whole life and I know how these jobs work. He didn't greet us or anything and he kept talking over me and trying to argue with me about the drink being including in the 4 for 4. I know it comes with the meal that wasn't the issue. When he punches in the drink it shows up on the screen as an extra charge and then disappears, before it disappeared I asked doesn't it come with the meal and he said yes I said oh it popped up as an extra charge and he was like no it didn't. I was just confused but he was so rude in the way his tone was. The place is a dump and the food was cold and trash!!! The cheese wasn't melted the bacon was burnt and the burger tasted days old. I don't understand how you can get it wrong. I will say that the lobby was tidy and the nuggets were good but that was all. I felt so gross going in there. I hope someone sees this and makes a change. If you're an employee there please take some pride. I know it may not be your dream job, but anything worth doing is worth doing right.

I gave 4 stars for the food only because my son received a spicy chicken sandwich, he didn't order a spicy but ate it anyway. I have to give kudos to the manager who had to be on the receiving end of a disgruntled customer cussing at the top of his lungs inside the restaurant. Even if the customer, which I'm not sure what set him off, was in the right, he shouldn't have been yelling and cussing in front of the other customers. I had my young granddaughter with me and had to listen to it. He was having a full blown temper tantrum.
