Wendy's Magee.Awesome service and food today. The atmosphere was so so so much better than my last visit a while back. Exactly how a dine in experience should be. Shannon took my order and Vontrell and Scott (managers) were working like a team should. Yeah!!!#360change#Trust the process.
I was observing while waiting for my order inside the store, and the manager or employer at the to go counter was working so hard to make the orders as fast as he could. He was getting them done, and staying afloat, despite the long lines inside and out and probable lack of staff. Thank you for your efforts sir! I gave 4 stars for the food only because my son received a spicy chicken sandwich, he didn't order a spicy but ate it anyway. I have to give kudos to the manager who had to be on the receiving end of a disgruntled customer cussing at the top of his lungs inside the restaurant. Even if the customer, which I'm not sure what set him off, was in the right, he shouldn't have been yelling and cussing in front of the other customers.
