Found this place on Yelp with lots of good reviews and was not disappointed. The carne asada, plantains, and pupusas were wonderful. The restaurant was cozy and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend stopping in.

The food and service was awesome, we felt welcomed from the minute we walked through the door. We were greeted with a warm smile and seated right away. The food was spectacular, I was transported back to my military days in Panama. Kudos, Mi Tierra you are right on point!!

Food was delicious! What a gem of a find in meridian! We stopped in on a Saturday night, the music was great and service was quick and friendly. We got the big appetizer but I forgot to take a picture, the fresh puff pastry, empanadas, and other meat pies were my favorites! I got the carne asada and it was so yummy. Margaritas were a hit as well. We will be stopping back in next time we are in town!

I’ve eaten here a couple times while driving through and Tierra delivers everytime. The Latin version of beignets served without the sugar and the Yuka fries are delicious.

Unassuming from outside, but this is worth a trip over. Flavorful meat, everything came hot and quickly. Plantains were wonderful! I'll visit again!
