Went to dine-in with some friends. The inside of the restaurant was closed. No problem, we went through the drive thru. They told me I had to call or place an order online which I was not aware of. I told them so and the two women working caught a very quick attitude. I work in customer service so i tried to be sympathetic with them but that all went out the window. And they couldn’t bother to cut my brownie or hand me silverware. Food was very delicious though.

Wow this hut sucks. Havent been in over a year because they canceled the delivery on a 10 pizzas and wings order without telling us and left my entire team hungry and wondering where our food was.
My company treated us to pizza today and when placing the order they were out of sausage. I have never had any pizza store anywhere tell me that had no sausage in over 40 years.
Never going to this dumpster fire again.

I forget his name, but there's a young guy here in the McComb, MS store that's always super nice and helpful to us (my wife and myself) as well as to the other guest. Very polite and super sweet. Wish more people were like that in this town. Most places (especially local gas stations), I'm met with people on their cell phones not even telling the person that they're speaking to to hold on! In a town this rude, it's pretty awesome to go somewhere where the workers are awesome! We love the food and atmosphere that Pizza Hut provides! Give that boy a raise!
