Great coffee and service, the young lady taking my order this beautiful Sunday morning was pleasant and worked very quickly to serve both the in-store and drive thru patrons. The blueberry muffin I got was also very good, the only reason for 4 stars is the cups almost always leak due to the material and construction they use. Other than that I have zero complaints.
I ordered the velvet cream. It was ok. I'm lactose so I substituted for lactose free. Which they accommodate with no issues. But then she put whipped cream on top.... I thought it was hilarious. I was almost half way finished when I realized it. I'm certain if I would have notified them of their mistake they would have fixed it but smh it took ALLOT for me to drink that sapsucker to almost half smh. I did NOT want them to give me another one of them mugs and end up starting over...read full review
