Very disappointed. Being it was the night before Thanksgiving. The waiter was the highlight of the nite. Ivy, was vibrant and very kind. Tho, I never received what I order due to a fire, or maybe it was rudeness (I notice you have lightbulbs w/cameras on them over the table.) The experience was ruined. Maybe another time. Also, you charged us for a meal that we didn't get served we had to order something else.
The food was ok. Not bad. Not exceptional, either. Average. Service was consistent and staff were polite and friendly. I've been here twice and my experience was the same both times, so I figure this is likely status quo for this restaurant.
Here’s my past experience at Santa Fe cattle co. THE BEST it was so good the rolls are addictive and the stake tips they’re GOOD and it’s just so so so good but the service it’s not that bad not as bad as other restaurants and the decorating is very unique and cowboy and that combo is nice our waiters are AMAZING they were very good listeners I would ABSOLUTELY recommend :)
