I tell folks all the time, when I spend a dollar for food outside my house, it’s for service and atmosphere, way more than food. I had the most enjoyable visit to the Arby’s in McComb. Store was clean, the staff was friendly and vocal with smiles and a welcoming attitude. Food was hot, eye appealing and tasty. This seems really nice for IMHO any fast food chain these day’s usually have new, unhappy, poorly trained, unruly employees. Not so here. You would think each one...read full review
Would have left review on Arby's website, but it indicates that they sell my required contact info (very detailed).Anyway... Restaurant is good, and has been every time we've gone there. However, the Ribeye Steak Sandwich is TERRIBLE! The problem is with the Arby's provided meat. The meat was at least 33% gristle, and the good meat was cut with the grain, making it stringy as well.Their other specials have been good, but these Ribeye Steak Sandwiches we purchased were awful.

After being in there a few minutes, I still was undecided on what to get. So one of the employees ( I didn’t get her name) she helped me out. I choose the chicken sandwich with the curly fries . She also took the time to make sure I had good quality food. I couldn’t get out the parking lot good. I started smashing my food. ?
