I went in to pick up a personal order today on march 19 at around 1-1:30pm and I was awaiting for over 20 minutes for my food! The manager was sitting around talking to a customer while the employees were messing around in the back. I asked what took so long and she proceeded to ignore me and give me attitude then claimed that’s how the orders come in but I ordered my food over 20 minutes ago for two items ! Then on the other hand one other customer came in after me and got their food before me! And no one was is in the drive way nor was it busy inside besides me ,the customer who ordered after me and the customer the manager was talking to who had already ate their food + was on there way out so there was no excuse . Then When I asked for a name + the manger the lady claimed she was the manager and wasn’t going to give me her name . I’ve never hand problems with this Taco Bell until this manager started working her.

We ordered the Doritos locos tacos and the $7 cravings box.We were going to dine in but changed our mind to carry out due to the order taking so long to prepare.After waiting over 10 minutes we decided to carry out because the drive through and mobile app customers had priority.I requested for it to be changed.Then the employee making the order changed to a different attitude by shoving the tacos on the bag, therefore breaking the tacos. This was the worst service I have ever been experienced.

I would give zero stars if I could! Extremely unprofessional and do not listen! Ordered the nacho bell grande meal, asked and paid for extra meat! Come to find out they didn’t put any meat at all and very little of anything else! I even stirred around to look for it and nothing Everytime I go to this Taco Bell it’s the same thing! There will be little to no meat even when asking for extra! I do not recommend
Mexican pizza not cut so I had to use a knife to cut it. Also, all of the ingredients were in the center of the pizza with the entire 2” all the way around was empty tortilla. I asked for mild and hot sauce since I purchased a burrito too but they only gave me mild sauce. I don’t understand why the quality of these fast food places aren’t better since they charge astronomical prices and price gouge since Covid! The least they can do is if they are going to charge you a fortune make your food correctly! The quality is truly disgusting!

I was in drive threw today at 10pm and I ask extra sauce for my 27$ order of Food and the clark said she cant give since her manager said we cant PLUS had the nerve to say I'm holding the line and that they will take out of check... NOT
