Ahhhhhh, the culinary experience that is The Dinner Bell. It’s hard to put to words this unique dining establishment. Fine fried chicken & vegtables accompanied by ice cold sweet tea are nod to after-church meals from 40 years ago. Lunching with friendly folk around the large round tables opens up some interesting conversation opportunities. And that nice gentleman with the tussled hair that collects payment at the end with a grin and a wink might just be the owner of...
Great southern home cooking. The best fried chicken and eggplant I've had anywhere! First-class staff and the Lazy Susan tables always guarantee a great cross-section of meal companions.
Drove 2 hours to visit and planning on going back. Home cooking. Plenty of food. Dessert included. No wait. Friendly service.
