Absolutely horrible! Just came here with my family. Got to order drinks, apps/salads and our dinner. Well we never got salads never got the appetizers and only 2 of the dinner orders came out. Manager was no help as she said sorry nothing we can do. We left immediately after paying for our drinks. Never again will we be back and I will be posting in FB groups and on my business page
Sorry forced 181/2 % tip gratuity on the ticket so lazy waitresses don’t have to do there job yet get tipped regardless. Tip left should be to customers discretion based on waitress performance. 2 adults 2 small kids
Food was delicious, customer service is a joke. Ordered the bag with blue crab shrimp octopus and clams, got my bag never got the clams I figured maybe they didn't hear me ok it fine right, I get my cheak and they are added on my cheak I tell my server I didn't get the calms he goes back to the back and comes back and asked to see my bag. I gave him my bag my word and the bag is not proof enough he comes and get the trash bucket from the table at this point I'm like u wanna cheak...read full review
