I don't know who owns or runs this place but I would be embarrassed to that person. I usually bypass American Deli but this evening I did not. I walked up to 2 young ladies behind the counter with their hair tied in sleeping scarves. Neither one wanted to put their phone down to take my order. One finally decided it was her turn. Wow , its good to know this place is still open since the mall is a ghost town its so sad . but their food is awesome I had the club sandwich I will be coming back . my husband loves their hamburgers. Keep it up !

The food is good. They have a variety, so you're not limited on choices. As for the atmosphere, it's a food court and there really isn't anything you can do to change that. What really makes this place stand out is the employees. Always polite and helpful and anyone who has shopped anywhere lately knows that it's harder and harder to find these days.
