“My tell the story of America and the experiment banning BW threes. Yes they're short pouring of beer and overcooking of meet brought me to Applebee's tonight for the second time really impressed. The meat steak was not dried out everything was cooked to perfection and low and behold, they actually filled my beer up. Lol the perfect poor Church poor Yes!.The young lady in the picture I couldn't help but notice her and her happy looking attitude while she was at work blowing. Behold, she came over my right shoulder and said well how are you this evening? Lol it was awesome I said well by gosh nice to meet you. Of course she asked me , the question how was I I had to tell her my dog died none of my wives none of my girlfriends get along the whole world against me nothing ever goes right but I have a positive attitude and my beer is half full. Yes she was smart enough not to believe me.thanks Chrislyn the other gang saw us and decided to come jump in for another picture. “I typically visit this establishment once a month or so, I have always been pleased with the food. I normally bring my wife, my mother, my five children, and obviously myself. I have always had my food brought to the table hot and in a timely manner. (Understand that they claim to cook everything to order and BWW is not designed to be a fast-food restaurant.) The one place they are lacking is the service, the servers are usually friendly; they just don't seem to check on you very often. I have been greeted by the owner once (forgive me I am terrible with names) he was very friendly and provided the best service I have received at this establishment. Overall, the food is good, but the service is a little lacking.”

“Just ate lunch at the Punjab Palace on the Frontage Road in Meridian, MS. My son ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, while I ordered the Butter Chicken. The location was once the Checkerboard, so it is not a new facility, but it was clean and neat. The staff were friendly and quick. The food was incredible! I mean, incredible. Best Butter Chicken I have ever had. The Naan was perfect. We will go back. Their hours are 11 am to 10 PM EVERY DAY. I can't brag enough about it. Next time I will try the Chicken Currie. I recommend the Punjab Palace for really good Northern Indian Cuisine.”

“We stopped by on our way home from vacation. The cashier was super friendly and sweet. The service was good, we got our food quickly. As for the food, it was really good. Great little mom and pop kind of place. It does seem a little run down, but it seems to be a very popular place, they stayed pretty steady on business while we were there. We would definitely stop again as we are not people who like to go to chain places while away from home.

I’ve been to the Baja, to Mexico’s Pacific coast and to SoCal. But the fish tacos at HG were as good as I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommended.

All five in my party had something different and everyone enjoyed their entrees. The service was good and all-in-all we are glad we stopped. The only criticism I have was my fault—our teenage granddaughter ordered a $26 entree for lunch and we weren’t paying attention. She enjoyed it, and we did too, until the check came, ha ha!

I asked if the icing was butter cream? I asked her the kind of flavor? She said white? I said white vanilla she said yes with an attitude. I asked I'd she had napkins? She was like no. Good cupcake but very turned off by her response. My mom was an excellent cook and bakery for years. She passed away and I wanted to try something new. So much for that.”

“We ordered two French Dips, one King Club, and one regular Club via the McAlister’s website. The order was filled accurately and completely. I didn’t see the reviews on here about bugs or contaminants (e.g., mild) in the food until after my own experience. Due to my career experience, I’m often leery of “takeout” and very diligent in inspecting our food prior to consumption. Fortunately, we didn’t have either of the aforementioned issues.

My order was placed online and picked up at the restaurant on Father’s Day. While I understand holidays can often be busy and quite possibly hectic for the staff, it was not busy when I came in to pick up my order around 7:20-7:25 p.m. I noted around 2 to 4 couples or groups dining in the restaurant. One woman was waiting for a pickup order and a man walked in ahead of me to place an order just as I arrived. I noted 2 men working in the kitchen, 1 man taking the male customer’s order at the register, and 1 woman doing something behind the counter. While I wasn’t necessarily in a hurry, I did get a little perturbed that I had to stand there for a few minutes before the woman finally offered to assist me. I don’t intended to sound impatient, but I deliberately showed up 5-10 minutes later than my pickup time so the staff wouldn’t feel rushed in the event they were busy, my order was sitting out on the counter, and she didn’t appear to be busy while I was standing there. I’m pretty easy going, so I saw no need in complaining or causing waves over it—I just want to be open and honest about my experience. One other thing…I briefly check any takeout orders for accuracy before leaving restaurants for a multitude of reasons. When I interacted with the staff to go over the order with me, I got the vibe that I was being a nuisance. They could’ve been tired from a busy shift. I could’ve just got on their nerves or completely misinterpreted the staff’s attitude. Who knows. While I’m not usually bothered by this, someone else may be offended, upset, or put off by the attitude and overall perception of the staff. In the service industry, perception is everything and a driver of consumer expectations and experiences.
