“*^UPDATE: Just wanted to report that the online order service (Beyond Menu) as well as Hunans, have been in touch with me today. Apologies and a credit. I appreciate their prompt attention. I edited the stars from 2 to 4.**I hate to give a poor review but I am so aggravated about my order today. I had a friend visiting from out of town and we were both looking forward to Hunans. I did an online order for takeout, and when we picked up the order, the cashier stated our food selections. When we got home (about a 45 minute drive,) we found that what we got, other than 1 item, was not what was ordered. And most of what we got we really did not care for. But I was not going to pack everything back up and drive 1 1/2 hrs there and back to return it. I called the restaurant to tell them about it. They said I could bring it back and I’m sure they would have exchanged it with no problem - but again, I did not want to make that drive. So - if I ever do another online order with Hunans (and I suggest you do same) - don’t take their word for it - check and make sure you are going home with what you ordered.“
“I had the General Tso Chicken with fried rice and egg rolls. I was pleasantly surprised that everything tasted really good. I received a very generous portion of chicken at a very reasonable price. I will certainly be visiting this restaurant more often.“
“Good amount of food for the price, enough to feed two people easily. Mango and bourbon chicken were both really tasty. The Lomein was on the bland side. Egg roll was good but would have been better with some duck sauce (wasn’t available). All in all good especially for mall Chinese food. Employees were fine, no one was rude like so many other reviews mention ??♀️“
“So far I have tried the shrimp, chicken and steak curry. They're all wonderful. The BLTs are delicious, The tomatoes are sliced paper thin so I ask for extra tomato. They give you lots of crispy bacon. Fried rice is great and I just saw they have noodles too, I didn't notice that before. Next trip.“
