Both mine and my brother in laws beer was hot, and my daughter's chicken tenders were brought out raw.Also watched the server pickup a used bottle of salsa from a table and topped it off with fresh and served to the next table. Would not recommend.

The staff is sometimes very friendly and very attentive, but other times the service can be ignored until the food comes. The food is fantastic and delicious, tasting like grandma was in the back cooking. It is the best Mexican food in Meridian and as close to authentic Mexican as can be found. The ingredients are fresh, everything is cooked to order, and the portions are huge and generous, usually leaving leftovers. Specific meals mentioned include the Barria tacos, the ribeye & cactus, the green chilaquiles, and the chicken chimichanga. The award-winning margaritas are also recommended. The bean dip with chorizo is good. For something spicier, customers have to ask for the habanero salsa. The fresh lemonade is perfectly refreshing. The food is totally worth the wait.
