“No teeth required. First time to eat here , second visit. They’re closed on Sundays and Mondays!! I ordered a rib lunch with two sides. The collards were very good. Of course I used my corn bread to sop up the collard juice. The fried okra was on point. Breading was just right. Now to the ribs, I almost chewed my hand off eating those. I chose the bbq sauce as an option. Sweet and a little tangy. I almost requested a straw to finish straw it! Talk about tasty! The ribs do not disappoint. Juicy, fall off the bone. Definitely recommended. A+++. The staff was very kind. I told them it was my first visit. If you’re in Meridian for a day, stop by this place. It is a must!!!!!“

“My husband and I had finally went. I got a chitterlings plate with Mac and cheese and candied yams. I came for the chitterlings my plate was $40. The chitterlings was definitely tough a little disappointed, but however the sides was so delicious and my husband plate meat loaf mashed potatoes and candied yams also was delicious i definitely will go back but will not be getting no chitterlings customer service was also good everyone was super nice“

“Visited 4/12/2024 around 6pm. I’ve always had a good meal from Dickey’s and that’s why I sometimes skip their competition in north Meridian. Not happy tonight. BBQ was fine but toast was burnt, okra was very burnt and inedible and baked beans were hard (tasted warmed and uncooked). I got the impression someone was distracted.“

“I grew up on wild game and my mother thought everything should be cooked well done. So, that's how I prefer steak. It's very rare to find a place that can get it right, but this one is the best in the country. (I'm a truck driver of 15 years, and tried steak everywhere). I ordered the porterhouse. My steak was perfectly cooked, seasoned, tender and juicy all at the same time. The strip side was as tender as the filet side, that was a first. The waitress was amazing. I can't wait to go back.“
