The Logan’s roadhouse in meridian is terrible at Togo. I have ordered Togo food several times and every time it’s almost an hour late and cold. These people do not care about you. I asked them how much longer on my order as it was already 20 mins late and they just ignored me. You can get better food with better service elsewhere!
Food was good overall, but the service was lacking. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet we felt overlooked for most of our visit. My dad’s baked potato arrived lukewarm, drinks took longer than expected, and after our food arrived we were rarely checked on. We likely would have ordered another round of drinks if someone had stopped by. Not a terrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement in attentiveness.
It took forever to be served on a Sunday evening, and it wasn't even crowded! We got a table immediately, but the wait time for our appetizer and entree was ridiculous. We decided to have it boxed up to go after waiting so long. My steak and potato dinner was good even though it was cold by the time I got home.
