“We ordered two French Dips, one King Club, and one regular Club via the McAlister’s website. The order was filled accurately and completely. I didn’t see the reviews on here about bugs or contaminants (e.g., mild) in the food until after my own experience. Due to my career experience, I’m often leery of “takeout” and very diligent in inspecting our food prior to consumption. Fortunately, we didn’t have either of the aforementioned issues.
My order was placed online and picked up at the restaurant on Father’s Day. While I understand holidays can often be busy and quite possibly hectic for the staff, it was not busy when I came in to pick up my order around 7:20-7:25 p.m. I noted around 2 to 4 couples or groups dining in the restaurant. One woman was waiting for a pickup order and a man walked in ahead of me to place an order just as I arrived. I noted 2 men working in the kitchen, 1 man taking the male customer’s order at the register, and 1 woman doing something behind the counter. While I wasn’t necessarily in a hurry, I did get a little perturbed that I had to stand there for a few minutes before the woman finally offered to assist me. I don’t intended to sound impatient, but I deliberately showed up 5-10 minutes later than my pickup time so the staff wouldn’t feel rushed in the event they were busy, my order was sitting out on the counter, and she didn’t appear to be busy while I was standing there. I’m pretty easy going, so I saw no need in complaining or causing waves over it—I just want to be open and honest about my experience. One other thing…I briefly check any takeout orders for accuracy before leaving restaurants for a multitude of reasons. When I interacted with the staff to go over the order with me, I got the vibe that I was being a nuisance. They could’ve been tired from a busy shift. I could’ve just got on their nerves or completely misinterpreted the staff’s attitude. Who knows. While I’m not usually bothered by this, someone else may be offended, upset, or put off by the attitude and overall perception of the staff. In the service industry, perception is everything and a driver of consumer expectations and experiences.
I can’t accurately speak to the facility’s quality, but it appeared clean and pleasant at first (and short-term) glance.“

“YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE CHEERFUL & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE MENU & OFFER GREAT SUGGESTIONS WITH THE SANDWICHES. THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY CLEAN BECAUSE, I'VE GONE TO SOME OTHER SUBWAYS AND WALKED RIGHT BACK OUT CAUSE, EMPLOYEES WE'RE RUDE & COULDN'T CARELESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS; THIS WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU
Wheelchair accessibility: MY BROTHER IN-LAW IS A DISABLED VETERAN, THERE WAS A SLANT RAMP OUTSIDE THAT HELPED HIM WALK UP WITHOUT LOSING HIS BALANCE.AS WE APPROACHED THE DOOR I BELIEVE THAT THE NICE MAN WHO WAS THE MGR. OPENED THE DOOR FOR US WOOOW, I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE HOSPITALITY & THE KINDNESS OF THE GESTURE THAT THIS GENTLEMEN TOOK TO HOLD OPEN THE DOOR. THEN AS WE WERE READY TO LEAVE THIS RESPECTFUL MAN (I BELIEVE WAS THE MGR.) HELD THE DOOR OPEN AGAIN & WISHED US A Good Evening. God Bless All The People At Subways Amen ✝️“

“I love the in store baked bread, espically the Italian herb and cheese Bread for my stand by favorite sanwich, the steak and cheese. The salads are fresh and cool with a good selection of ingredients. I can count on consistency from store to store, and not feel like is is an assembly line burger.“

“My only complaint is that I'm not fat enough to have eaten more of those sandwiches at once they were delicious thanks again whoever you were that made them. you were pretty funny

“McAlister’s deli offers a fantastic dining experience with a cozy atmosphere and delicious food options. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The wait for food can be a bit long, but the quality and flavor of the dishes are worth it. Desserts cap off a wonderful meal. A great spot overall.“

“Stopped at this gas station Subway because I was traveling and in a hurry. I haven't eaten at a Subway in about 3 years. I felt the quality and quantity was lacking. Well, I had the best sub from there then any other Subway I have ever been to before! The ingredients looked fresher then at the subway standalone restaurants. I had the Italian meats sub and it was delicious. I have to say I was shocked. It actually looked like a tv sub! Not all bread! I won't pass on Subway again. I hope the next one is just as good.“

“I entered store and was greeted I ordered my sandwich and it was prepared the way I wanted it. The staff was friendly and professional. I go to this location and not the one that is closer to my home. This subway the employees are very friendly and treat you with respect. Food is always great,! The restaurant is nice and clean too. It's worth the lil extra drive cause I know they do care about others needs!
Parking: It's always easy to find a spot to park. It's not packed with cars and little spaces. Lighting is good also!
Wheelchair accessibility: My mother and brother were both physically able to get around This subway has handicap parking spots that are located by the door. Also there is plenty room to move about inside and outside. Restaurant has nice accomodations for handicap persons“

“It was so nice to walk into this restaurant and be greeted with smiles and friendly faces. Everyone was happy to help, serve and just be at work. The restaurant was clean. The food was fresh. I just can’t tell you how happy it makes me feel to be able to dine in an establishment in Meridian and not feel like I have bothered the server for placing an order. Koodos to all the employees, managers and owners for bringing back good ole customer service with a smile! Thank you so much!!!“
