“What I really liked was that the place was clean and had a very good appearance. From the organized products to the presentation of the food, it was great for what it was. The staff was friendly and courteous.The biggest thing was the bathrooms were CLEAN, thanks for that. Overall a decent store to shop at.

“We dined in for lunch for our very first visit here. The young lady that was training at the front did an excellent job with taking all of our orders. Our food was brought out pretty quickly. It was hot, fresh and great! I loved the meatballs and garlic bread. The Tiramisu was also delicious! I will definitely stop in again in the future when in the area for work!

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have handicapped parking directly in front, although a lot of people who aren't disabled park there or block those spots by parking right behind them. If you are in this town, just know most people don't fall the road laws, barely use blinkers, and park where ever they stop lol. Just accept it ?.“

“Order a Memphis BBQ Pizza on Friday and it was outstanding picked it up in about 20 mins around 11am at the drive thru a met an employee at the window who was really sweet and nice i should given her a tip but i couldn't remember her name but she was truly was awesome an great service from her.“

“Everything is great except for that LOUD music... add that to the busy talk of staff working to fill orders on a busy day, it's deafening. For dine in it's difficult trying to hear conversations of your party.

I've been dealing with this location for awhile now( before and especially DURING Covid) and I NEVER had a bad experience with them, whether I was picking up or having my food delivered and I must say their service is very professional, courteous and friendly, the food is always hot and freshly cooked and the wait time is never overbearing, especially with the delivery orders! “Have you ever walked into a place that you had never been before but had heard good things about said place... Well, that's what happened to me today at Newk's ..you walk into a food bonanza.. I mean, there is an explosion of delicious looking food everywhere you turn so much so that you're not even sure how things work.. well, at the register, Exzenia must have seen some of my confusion because she was so patient with me as I stumbled through my order.. I didn't know where I was supposed to go and get my drink or wait for my order, but the other friendly ladies with her gave me a huge helping hand..and for that.. Ladies, I thank you ?..Then I get my order and the most spicy amazing scent to ever hit these nostrils comes out of the tiny crack of the pizza box.. I am so excited to get to my destination. I just can't wait to be able to wrap my tongue around a slice of this great smelling pizza.. Enough talk..time to get my eat on..should you try this place..well that a personal choice..but as for me and my taste buds we'll be back for sure!“

“We ordered through the app. One cheese, one pepperoni, and a custom pizza. When my husband arrived, he was told the oven had malfunctioned with our last pizza still in it. This was completely out of everyone’s hands, because there was some really bad weather. Fortunately, the owner and staff were fantastic in their efforts to resolve the issue. We weren’t really upset about the last pizza not being done, especially under the circumstances. However, their efforts to rectify the situation was a refreshingly pleasant experience.If I may make one recommendation, if the owner could work with the shopping center’s management to improve the outdoor lighting for the evening and night hours, that would be awesome. It’s just so dark there.“

“Just picked up a portal order from Little Caesar’s N Hills St (843 code) I checked my order and garlic butter sauce missing. I tell the guy at the counter. He already watched me check my order of pizza, crazy bread and Italian cheese bread while at the counter next to portal. He proceeds to check my bag with crazy bread and breadsticks. Then asks for my name and checks the computer. Then proceeds to check receipt on by pizza box. Hands me the garlic sauce and says, “ I try to trust people”. What the heck does that mean?
