American Deli

I am giving this a 1 star review. The cashier is very racist. I watched a family of 2 blacks people ask to refill there drink. He did at no charge. I went up to him 5 mins later and ask for a refill and he charged me 75 cents. Keep in mind I am white. This is a racist location.

I ordered food from them for my family on door dash and everyone got their food but me on and i didn’t receive my boneless wings. Even though they got their food my mom’s wings were dry and barely had any flavor to them. Both of the fries i ordered were warm but under cooked. Even when i go in person people are on their phone and barely engage with the customers. I don’t recommend going here ever.

Nicia was absolutely wonderful today! I don't get to eat here often but her assistance helped me to have a great experience and my food was delicious! I really appreciate the way she check on me a couple of times to make sure my order was exactly how I needed it to be! I will definitely start going here more often. Great food and great service!

Food was very good and got it quick

Poor customer service. Never answer the phone . When they doo answer they pick up then hang straight up as if they just want the answer phone to stop ringing.No proof that a manager is onsite or info avail no customer service number available

They do not answer and I had over 5 extra items I paid for missing. Philly cheese steak had a burnt taste. Door dash guy was amazing

Decided to try this place after hearing so many good things about the food.Went to the line and waited and once I got up to the line my girlfriend asked a simple question "do you sell flats only" and the response from the younger woman behind the counter was snippy and rude as all get out and asked "how many?"My girlfriend wasn't going to order anything If they couldn't sell flats only so she hasn't even decided on type/quantity.So my girlfriend responded with "I'm not sure, I just was wondering if you could do flats only and she then proceeded to snappily ask again but louder "how many".I'm unsure how this woman still has a job working like that.I will NEVER recommend going here unless you want to be yelled at and be given an attitude from the start.Completely ridiculous.On the other hand the Chinese place next door to them is amazing and they even gave me a discount because of how they treated us at American Deli.If the owner see's this DO BETTER PLEASE!Super sad and disappointed to say the least.

Got yelled at from cashier.Yes I was not sure if the drinks weren’t missing because customer who I was delivering to added extra drink later.Cashier got 2 drinks ready but one was not correct size. If I was paying customer, I would want everything as I ordered.Cashier was yelling at me “if I knew how to read, you would know” “you are getting on my nerves “ in-front of over 10 or more people around.I was very embarrassed.Only if she had correct size drinks ready, it could’ve been avoided. Also, only if they train workers well, I wouldn’t have experienced this.As a delivery person, I would never yell at anyone even if wrong question was asked.

My experience was horrible. I went today 08/24/23 and the cashier had an additude from the beginning. My ticket number was 124. She added a drink to my order I didn’t ask for, slammed my ranch on the counter and didn’t even give it to me , slammed the change I gave her on the register as she counted it as well. Very unprofessional. She was African american, short dark skinned with glasses and a navy blue shirt . She needs to be fired!!!
