The food was super greasy. Which is weird for pasta. The area we sat at wasn't very clean and I wish the waitress was a bit more friendly. Beautiful place but the food isnt worth the price.

We stopped by as we were passing through. Excellent decision. We were there at an off time, 2:00pm so it wasn’t busy. We enjoyed the historic atmosphere with the old wood floors. We ordered shrimp Alfredo from the lunch menu which was very good. The warm bread they bring you was delicious. Our server, Lona, was very nice, bubbly and attentive. We will definitely stop by again. We love finding local places when traveling.

Great spot for Italian food. Excellent pasta. Great Bolognese sauce. I also enjoyed the lasagna very much. The restaurant is in an old big victorian house that is amazing. Just a great place to relax and enjoy!

I was very impressed with my first dining experience at Amore. I had excellent service! The portions of food were generous. My server frequently checked on me and she quickly answered any questions I had. This was the best authentic Italian food I have ever eaten!

A group of three friends had lunch on Friday, August 22. We were seated promptly and greeted in a cordial manner. Drink orders were taken and a serving of warm garlic bread was delivered to our table. We ordered from the lunch menu and food was served in a timely manner. Our server (sorry, I didn't get a name) was courteous and cordial and attentive to our table. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Ample portions to take home as well. Gold stars to Amore Italian Ristorante and Bar!

Our party of eight had dinner at Amore recently. We were so fortunate to have Londa as our server. She was so personable! Our drink orders and food came out timely and were delicious. Londa herself made the first round of cocktails! Some of us are Italian foodies and the dishes did not disappoint, all were delicious! It was a very enjoyable dinner and Londa certainly did her part in making that happen. We will certainly be returning soon!

The food here was just wonderful! Such friendly and helpful staff too. I got the chicken Marsala with angel hair. I always like to ask wait staff for help with what to get and seeing as I love mushrooms she steered me towards the chicken Marsala. So good. The rolls are excellent as well. Very cute atmosphere being in an old Victorian home. God willing and the creek don’t rise I’ll be fixin to go back to Amore when I’m in the area!

My husband and I shared the Tour of Italy and it was really good. The only reason I gave the food four stars is because the lasagna was lacking some garlic or maybe garlic salt. I couldn't quite the my finger on it. The bread they bring to the table is delicious. The Victorian home is charming and the wait staff was excellent. The only other thing that I found strange was that they charge you a five-dollar upcharge for sharing a dish. I've never heard of that.
