“Update: The Food and Beverage manager, Kolton, reached out to me today and offered a very thoughtful apology for our experience. We are willing to give Boxcar another chance and would recommend that anyone else should as well.

I spent two hours here last night and had one drink. It took 51 minutes for that one drink to come. Then when I asked for our check, I waited 25 minutes before finally going inside and telling the manager (who happened to be behind the bar) that we’d waited almost a half hour for our check and I’d like to pay. We got no apology but she did print off my $32 check for the single round of drinks we got in the time we wasted not being served. There were also only six people there total so it wasn’t like the place was busy.“
