Whoever works on Sunday is lazy. I ordered two ice creams through door dash. The bag arrives sealed and there is only one ice cream. I get a refund for the one through door dash and reordered the second one. (Having to pay more fees and a tip). The second bag gets here.. and it’s the melted ice cream that they made an hour before. They poured it into a larger cup because it was melted. Just pure LAZY.

My husband and I went to get waffle cones and were told they didn’t have any or waffle bowls.. the young girl just didn’t want to get them out due to them being put up an hour and 30 minutes before they closed. We go often to this location and have never had any issues until now

My wife and I went Wednesday night 4-17-24 and 2 young ladies working were pleasant, courteous and polite. Great the seen employees smiling a giving great service. I told them how great it was to see that.

This was ridiculous!!!!! Just left there after stopping by for the last two nights and each night stating they were out of milk. For being an ice cream shop, that is unacceptable. The girls working there looked like they didn't have a clue. How about one of them leaving to go get milk for God's sakes. It not rocket science. Clueless. Maybe they don't have a clue as to how to make a milkshake. Next time, if there is one, we'll bring our own milk.
We went in for ice cream last night at 7:40. Several people had come in for service. We were served but told the lobby was closed and had to leave. The service is usually very good.
