Keep trying to give this restaurant a chance. Last straw. Maybe 5 customers.
Walk in order took 45 minutes. Order wrong. No veggies with wings and wrong sauce.

My order was wrong, the employee I interacted with would randomly start wacking their head mad the app told me to be there at 11:10 and my order was ready at 11:40 and they weren't crazy busy. My wings weren't edible I'm down $18 and am going to get food somewhere else

Man, what do I even say. Used to really enjoy coming here, but the past few months have really soured my experience and I won't be back for a while. Management seems to be non-existent, because the servers and hosts are incompetent beyond belief. I think some of them are probably pretty decent, but that hasn't been my experience the past few times. Tonight was definitely one of the worst experiences in a restaurant I've had. Buffalo Wild Wings has never been known for fast service, so I don't expect it, but I do expect to see my server within 10 minutes of being seated.

Not sure if she wasn't given enough training or if she's not suited for this kind of work, but something has got to give. Most of our food and drinks came by other servers, bartenders, bussers, etc. Our server may have brought us one thing the entire time we were there. Food was brought out at odd intervals (about an 8 minute gap between myself and the person I was eating with.) Tonight wasn't even particularly busy, and I can understand why. Do better.

Everything was horrible 😔 we had twenty people in our group and one waitress we waited 3 hrs for our food and my husband never got any food. He was upset ...so the manager can the police! No discount, no apologies just the call to law enforcement for the disgruntled black guy..my husband. I was furious but I kept my cool. The manager on duty was clueless as to how to run a restaurant and set the young lady up to fail. There is no way one person can serve 20 people. The kids and adults got their drinks 3 hours before the food came and had drunk them all. We ended up refilling our own drinks because the waitress could not.This was my first and last experience there to say the least! No discount or apology for the wait. I will never spend a penny there again nor will the 19 people who were with us.

Came in today after hours of driving for work, tried to sit at the bar at 10:10pm , restaurant doesnt close until 11pm but the bartender gave an attitude and started saying loudly “OMG” and shaking her head. No greetings or anything so went and got menus for me and another couple down the bar. As she was putting the menu in front of me, I asked her “Hey, how are you doing tonight” and she ignored me. Walked away and came back with the same attitude, no smile, shaking her head. Finally asked “how are you what can i get for you”, so i asked for an Ultra on draft. She started back saying “OMG” and shaking her head while violently smashing on her POS terminal to ring in the ultra while screaming at a coworker on the other side of the bar and then pointing at the other customers in the restaurant like she was counting them. She started becoming more agitated and her attitude was showing more as she ripped off the cap to the draft beers. I had enough. I stood up and told her not to worry about it and left.

After being ignored the entire time i finally got up and refilled my own drink. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
Thankful for the wet naps on the table because forget about receiving a napkin or paper towel.
Just wanted to eat some wings and watch some football but definitely didn’t feel welcomed to do that.

When arriving, the host did not greet me. I let them know i would be sitting at the bar. As I approached the bar, it was dirty, filled with glasses, and a sour/dirty smell coming from it. There was a bartender and 2 servers behind the bar. Not one greeted me. One of them smiled at me but never spoke, nor did she approach me. A few minutes later, the bartender comes over only to say "hello how are you?" And walked away! She never came back to take a drink order. I had to get up and leave. I definitely do not recommend this particular Buffalo wild wings!

My fries were over cooked they were more of a shell than a fry. They gave me all drum but I ordered a mixture. I’ve honestly made better wings at home.

I just left Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was okay, mediocre as always. However, my review is for the server, who took our order and never returned. We had no plates, no napkins, and no refills. When I had to look for my server, I asked the bartender for the check, and then my server finally returned. I paid in full and walked out, extremely disappointed.

We've been to this location a couple times when we've been in town for my partner's work. Haven't had a ton of issues in the past. However, this time, when we were seated, we asked if we could sit over in the bar area and we verbally heard our waitress complain about having another table. We sat at our table for over 10 minutes with no service. Our waitress walked passed us multiple times and knew where we were, we were just ignored because she was upset she had another table to serve on top of her 3... 3 tables who were all here long before us and were eating. When we were finally approached, she was not friendly whatsoever. Even though we enjoy the food, we will not come back now because of the service.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Meridian Mississippi has lost some more business.
Took mom and gf tonight about 5:00 for dinner,
The music was none short of a night club and very loud,
The waitress Hailey was good, everything I’m about to write doesn’t pertain to her.
We ordered 3 simple meals, after quite a wait (1) dinner came out for mom. After maybe 15 more minutes the second meal but… was asked for two items to be omitted and of course it was on there so I asked the little fella that brought it to correct it. After another long period the chicken ranch salad came and wow it must have taken that long to prepare because it was a chicken breast on top of nothing but lettuce and (5) croutons. After what seemed like another 20 minutes of them fixing my nachos they finally arrived. Mom looked at me and said never bring me here again. My gf was like don’t say anything 😏. This was the second time in a month the same exact experience so I’m probably not returning to this location.

I ordered wings from Buffalo Wild Wings on Tuesday for the basketball team pregame meal and this earring was in a wing. I called and spoke with a manager and she basically told me it was no way it came from them. Ok… so I took the plate back to the store. The manager I spoke with on the phone directed me to another manager “Amy”. Amy put on a glove and picked the earring up and said “it look like it was placed there.” “ We checked everyone in the kitchen and everybody has both of their earrings.” I never asked for a refund or free food. But Amy did offer to replace “5 wings”! I told Amy that I never asked for a refund or free food but it was an insult to say it was placed in the chicken by me or I guess one of the kids. Amy told me she would have to GM(Krystal) to call me but she didn’t. Tuesday I called back and spoke with Krystal she apologized for how her managers handled the situation and told me she would have the owner to call me to resolve the issue. The owner never called but today Krystal told me the owner said he would only give us 50 wings because “it did not come out of their kitchen and it was placed on the wing.”

This earring was clearly cooked in this piece of chicken!!
