I like the food and the service my only Grape would be the lack of people who don’t tip these waiters and waitresses. When you’re only making two dollars an hour your tips are your bread and butter. How you could go out and have someone running around to make your dining experience a wonderful time and not leave a tip boggles my mind. We were eating at the Meridian location and this girl was none stop and to hear the people saying they didn’t need to tip her, that angered me. Then keep your butts home. They’re not here working for free. And people want to know why Customer service is so bad everywhere. If you’ve never been in service then that’s why you people don’t tip, let me tell ya it’s no picnic? Take a special kind of people to put up with the public . So before you DON’T TIP Imagine you’re the server putting up with you

We spent 159.09 on food. First we had to sit at the bar because they had no servers and we had kids with us. The waitress was vary slow and poor came out one by one and one order wasnt place so we had already fist our food. And she still put 18% gratuity on the ticket 28.64 when we had to ask other people who worked there to fill our drinks.

This restaurant should honestly be ashamed to even unlock the doors. They dropped our forks on the table unrolled, dirty, and looking like they’d been scraped off the floor, which told me everything I needed to know. My tea showed up with no ice, because apparently even basic serving standards are too much to ask.

The food? An absolute clown show. Plates came out one at a time like they were being delivered by different people on different shifts, nothing together, nothing correct. And half the food wasn’t even what we ordered. Refills? Nonexistent. Our server vanished like they were allergic to customer service.

This wasn’t a restaurant experience — it was punishment. I wouldn’t send anyone here unless I genuinely wanted them to suffer.

Nice clean place, food was great (had the chicken parm sandwich, was fantastic!). Myself and a buddy had dinner and a few beers. Place was really clean and the bartender was awesome! I'd definitely stop by again if I was in the area!

This is by far the absolute worst BWW I have been to in my life here for Sunday football they did not prepare the games before they came on there is no sounds the service is extremely slow and the servers say the have to find out when I have simple questions with what I'm wanting to order this place needs some rescuing for sure!!!!!

Quite possibly the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. We walked in at 4:45pm with a party of 6, and they were mostly empty. While waiting to be seated the waitress that was going to seat us repeatedly complained to us that the waitress that should be seating us was late but she would seat us instead until she got there. Once seated our waitress went to take our order but seemed confused about the menu, but got our order taken. After waiting for our food for about 45 minutes the waitress came by and told us it should just be a few more minutes and that they were very busy (half empty still), and after an hour, when our food finally started showing up, it came a single plate at a time and we got all but one persons order. We asked for silverware and she looked around for some, and then asked her co-worker “do I just tell them we don’t have any?” She told us they were out of silverware and we asked about to-go plastic ware and she said they were out of that too. About 10 minutes later we still didn’t have silverware and one of our plates was still missing, but we were met with excuses for all of it. After asking for the manager four times she finally came and got things fixed. The only positive thing I can say about the whole experience was they brought our child’s order out not long after it was placed so she didn’t have to wait, and the manager that helped us was very nice and apologetic. 10/10 do not recommend!
