After placing mobile order, went through drive thru and was told to pull up and wait. After 20 mins the whoopers were both cold and hard like they have been sitting there for a long time, plus instead of getting onion rings as we ordered they gave us fries. And no sauce or ketchup for our chicken fries. This was the worst Burger King that I have ever gone to. Stay away from this one and don’t waste your time or money at this location.
This location needs some improvement. Early in the day and “we’re out of wraps.” Counter person was more concerned with getting back to her phone than taking my order. The person preparing my sandwich needs retraining as the onion was not in the Whopper Jr but just kind of thrown into the wrapper and lettuce was no better. The water in the restroom sink was freezing so I’m sure I just ate a ton of their germs bc who wants to wash their hands in cold water? If your staff doesn’t care how they represent your business, customers won’t care to return.

Their service and respect is absolutely terrible. They talk to you very loud as if they were impatient. And everytime I go up here, they are always out of sweet tea. And we pull around every time. I definitely do not recommend going up there.Kid-friendliness: They don’t have it.

The lady that was taking our order seem like she didn’t want to work because the energy was not there. I’ve gone to other fast food places were the service is was better and they treat us so well and so kindly.
Saturday evening November 18th 2023 doors locked and the lights out! Rode around the building and rode by the front door and girl was sitting in the booth texting on her phone. She rudely pointed to the drive thru, muddering something. Bad vibe and nasty attitude even thru the window. We left and went next door to to Hardee's. No other customers there. Should have know not to even waste the time. This is definitely bad for business if this fast food joint wants to remain open.

Drive thru customer here, Sunday Oct. 29th 2023. All the food from this location is just sad! Burnt food and halfway prepared,,everything! If it wasn't so far back to town, we would bring you "food" back to you. Its ok, we know not a single person at this place gives one shred of anything about our food,service, or opinion.
