One of the employees was high as a kite our order was wrong. Couldn’t figure out how to fix the order. Ask for the money back. Didn’t know how to Work the register to give the money back customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life get it together

Was throughly enjoying our food, loved the service and the music was top notch 👌 only had one sore spot with this restaurant that was atmosphere which was not the workers but some of the customers..so that kept me from giving them all five all the way across..But keep doing what you are doing with customers service because believe you me..we see you..I also liked the touch of crowns on all the tables..so cute 😍

To start, in order to not trigger their timer, they make you stop 5-10 feet back from the window and just sit there til they wave you forward, if they ever even do. Secondly, the food here is below subpar. It’s never good. Third, the customer service is ridiculously awful. Fourth, the lettuce is ALWAYS brown and old, the onions are usually rancid.
Dang yall. I really wanted to have a good Burger King local. I’ve came here over 5 times giving them the chance to redeem themselves but it only Gets worse each time.

This location is horrible. The service is awful & the food was even worse. My fries were burnt. The nuggets were then cooked in that burnt grease. My burger was cold. This was my first & last time visiting this location. I will not return!
