Bad service ! Food was wrong meat was cold as ice I waited over 20 minutes for a burger the manager Heather had a nasty attitude so I just wanted my money back terrible stop to ever make be better off spending your money with good & friendly people somewhere els !!!!!

So we pull up and the parking lot and drive thru is completely empty. When we get to the speaker , the employee tells us that they can't make any orders because of low staff...??? What?? That excuse don't work when you have no customers besides us!! Can't even make a delivery orders one burger! That's pathetic.

Don't!!! If you want BK, go to one of the other BK's in town. All the burgers were burnt! Paid extra for cheese on 4 burgers. You guessed it, no cheese on any. One had cheese, and they took it off. You can tell in the picture, and there's some still on the wrapper like they recycled the burger. Just a sad excuse of a whopper. Still had to pull forward and wait even though I placed a mobile order 10 mins before I got there. 2 workers standing around and no one in the drive-thur... Of course, they didn't give me a receipt so I could do the survey. I heard not to go to this BK and figured I would give them a chance because I'm a BK over McD's person. I will not be going back to this BK. ?
Sat in drive through by speaker to order for 10 minutes and no one came on the speaker. Went inside and they had 3 workers working and none of them knew what they were doing. Stood at register for a few minutes, then walked over and got a hold of a guy. Asked them how long the wait would be and they did not know. It was not busy there, there was only 3 cars in drive through and no one else inside. I ended up just leaving. Welcome to the New America where fast food is overpriced and not fast food.

I can understand being out of something but it's uncalled for the add on "we about to close (with attitude)" on your sentence. But her saying that leads me to believe she just didn't want to make them for that reason. Learn some customer service please. And It was 30 minutes till closing.

We went to Burger King after 9:30pm. Many places give you attitudes for coming late but they were very nice. We did wait a little but we had a huge order so it's understandable. Thank you for coupons in the mail.

My wife ordered a #1 Combo with extra pickles and a side of onion rings. Got to the window just to be pulled up with a car already in front of us. Waited for about 15 mins and one of the cashiers came from behind us with our food. No napkins, burger was colder than a hooker’s heart not to mention soggy on the bottom bun, onion rings had been refried and hard as hell, also there was bacon on the sandwich and my wife didn’t order bacon. All I will say is this location should mark its days. RIDICULOUS!
