Best service I have ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A! My husband, 5 month old son and I were passing through on our way to Tennessee. We stopped in for dinner and to feed our little boy. We had already been on the road for about 5 hours so needless to say we were a little worn out especially with our little boy. Kasey welcomed us in and was so sweet to our little boy. I brought a bottle of breastmilk in from our ice chest and was trying to warm it with my hands. Without hesitation Kasey offered a large cup of hot water so we could warm his bottle. She was so thoughtful and it meant a lot to us. I’m not sure if she is in leadership or not, but I think she should be. With that kind of character and care towards strangers, she would do amazing teaching others to do the same.
Overall, incredible experience and thankful for such a refreshing place to stop along our trip.

This place is quite popular! Very long lines inside and out, but the staff handled it well. We pre ordered on the app. Food was perfectly prepared, hot, and ready when we arrived. One of our drinks and components of another drink were missing. We ran back inside and the error was corrected immediately.

It was great. I had the grilled chicken club, it was very good.
Clean, spacious, pleasant employees. Clean bathrooms. Lots of parking. Outside seating next to drive thru lane. Grilled nuggets over-salted. Market salad, sandwich was delicious. Fries are tasty waffle fries. Easy to eat healthy here!

Nice and quiet! I thought it might be more busy than the other one. What is in the cups that makes them small funny when you get to the bottom of your Diet Coke? Both places I have noticed it. Is it styrofoam cups?
After not reading the signs correctly I merged into the wrong lane before placing my order. Jordan assured me that it was ok and she would take care of me.. she came across the busy lanes took my order and thanked us for our business. She is the reason I'll return to this store. Great Customer service is becoming extinct so this experience gave me hope.
