“Best service I have ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A! My husband, 5 month old son and I were passing through on our way to Tennessee. We stopped in for dinner and to feed our little boy. We had already been on the road for about 5 hours so needless to say we were a little worn out especially with our little boy. Kasey welcomed us in and was so sweet to our little boy. I brought a bottle of breastmilk in from our ice chest and was trying to warm it with my hands. Without hesitation Kasey offered a large cup of hot water so we could warm his bottle. She was so thoughtful and it meant a lot to us. I’m not sure if she is in leadership or not, but I think she should be. With that kind of character and care towards strangers, she would do amazing teaching others to do the same.
