I waited over 30 min to get my food the place was not busy . I had to ask about my food tben after that I got my food and it was cold. Not good service at all.

Food was overcook and we were 5 people order 5 plates and the waitress came with only 4 ordes and when we ask for the missing one. Waitress argued that she only heard 4 orders, and got upser and start discussion with us, really bad, bad abdulleedharratti service not recommended, call manager and didnt do anything about it

Had a great start to my day. My sister and I decided too go to Chili's. Neither one of us had been there in long time. Server was sweet lady. We ordered, I had a Salmon dish,my plate came back. The Salmon was dried,burnt and hard on the ends. She took it back. Then 2nd plate came out perfect! I let it slide....then I had a Togo order of a Big appetizer dish. It has 3differint dishes in one. I get home, and it's also NOT what I ordered 🤦🏾♀️. I am very disappointed! I paid almost 50 for food, and my food was not what I paid for. Sad that you have to check behind people!!

Stopped in to Chili's in Meridian yesterday for lunch. Sat at the bar and ordered my drink. I was in the mood for a burger so I decided to custom make my version of the Terlingua Pride in burger. The bartender comes over and I start on with the toppings. I get to add chili and she tells me they no longer have that?!? What? I ask her what her shirt says....Chili's, and what does all these other employees shirts say? Chili's! But some brilliant higher up manager or marketing firm decides to take chili away from the restaurant that was originally solely based on a chili contest in Terlinqua ,Texas. Kinda like taking wings away from Wingstop or chicken away from KFC. Doesn't make much sense. I guess they didn't get the memo from Bud Light, Target, Cracker Barrel and some of the others who decided a major change was a good thing.

Today, while shopping, we decide to stop in Chili's Grill & Bar in Meridian for lunch. From the moment we walked in it was all smiles & happy workers. Awesome service, our server was so friendly and helpful and the food was perfect. The experience was so good it lifted our mood. If you're ever shopping and want a quick meal or appetizers, Meridian's Chili's is a good one.
Our waitress had the worst attitude. She got multiple orders wrong and tall us that we asked for what we got which was wrong. I applaud the manager that stepped in and took over , he did a wonderful job making things right. That's the only reason I am not giving 1 star.

This particular Chili’s 🌶️ had terrible customer service. They were quite busy. But still there should always be no less than good customer service. And as for our Food my burger was overcooked to CRUNCHY. My husband’s double burger was overcooked terribly. Our appetizer consisted of mostly broken tiny tortilla chips which made it very difficult to get into the salsa and dip. There were a lot of people. The staff were not very attentive to other customers either. The staff would just walk out to check if there was anyone walking in but as for refilling soft drinks, it seemed as if they didn’t care.
