When we walked in there was no hostess. There were two couples ahead of us and they had waited for 8 min for hostess. The tables were not bussed and there was a spill in the floor near us that never got taken care of. I was very disappointed

I had an opportunity to eat at this restaurant in Meridian, MS and ordered steak and shrimp on Valentines night the first plate was cold and the steak was suppose to be medium well was crunchy I got a new steak so I ordered medium it was too tough to chew. I was very disappointed I will just say if you want steak go to a steakhouse 😔

Service was quick and very pleasant. Bacon burger was flavorful, hot and contained plenty of bacon. Fries were hot and tender. Margarita very good for the $6 price.

First time going will not be going back. First walking in I could tell the place wasn’t under good management. Waiters and waitresses were goofing around and took forever for me and my mom to get seated. Then when our drinks came the glass was dirty. We were trying to tell our waitress that they were dirty then she never came back for like 10min. So we just got up and left the restaurant. Terrible experience overall

The girl that greeted us was very upset and rolled her eyes when we told her we'd like to sit in a different area than where she took us, then when she took us to where we asked, she told us we had to wait for her to clean the vacated table and then when she came back with a wet rag she threw all the dirt and small waste on the floor, and she did that with 2 other tables after us and threw it all on the carpet and it was disgusting. Unlike the girl that took our order she was very attentive and the food was great, it's a shame that the girl that served us was so disrespectful and dirty, that thing about throwing trash on the floor was disgusting "the girl is a tall and big young woman, please give her some guidance on how to serve the customer" (I added the invoice so you know when and at what time it happened and so you know who served us)

Love this Chili's. Staff is always friendly and take care of you well. Food was decent and filling. Was seated near the door on a cold night so we'd get a cold breeze whenever someone came in or left, but other than that, it was great!

Yeah, this wasn't it. We stopped here on our way through Mississippi, and thought this would be a great place to stop by since every Chili's we'd been through before this had great food and service.
It took a while for someone to come take our drink and food order, and it took almost 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Service was also subpar.
My father's food came out alright, but my burger was raw. My mother's dish was also not fully cooked (as they neglected to ask how she wanted her steak cooked).
It's unlikely we'll be stopping by again since we're only passing through, but even if we could visit again, I doubt we'd want to come back.

My experience was not good my food tasted burnt they fry food in burnt grease and service so slow no hostess to sit you waited 10 minutes to be seated I will not be back this most nasty chilis I had and they show favoritism to customers they know I had sat for 10 minutes before get drinking and top it off I spent 55 dollars on nasty ass food n tipped 10 dollars that wasn’t deserved but hey never again
