Had Cook Out on our way back through Mississippi from vacation, and man, did I miss their shakes! I seriously wish they would open a location in North Texas. It was the perfect end to our trip.

Says dining is open but they keep the doors locked. When we finally got in heard someone in the distance say āaw man you let them inā service is trash. Do yourself a favor and go someplace that appreciates your service.

There was several awards on the wall of this location however, the counter was empty for most of the time so the line to order was almost out the door waiting. They didnāt seem short staffed there was plenty of people in the back in and out. The place was filthy and the soda machine was empty of almost all soda options. The food was mostly okay with the exception of the walking taco evening mostly burn grease. Iād love to try a different location in the future though!

The taste of the food and milkshakes were awesome. The burgers I was told were made to order you pick what's on it as they come plain. The worker didn't listen to anything I said. So my order was wrong. I picked off unwanted items. She also kept leaving the register in the middle of the order so it took forever to order. Food arrived quickly however again wrong for three of the other people also in my group. The atmosphere was ok however not one table in the place had been wiped off for other guests to sit at ketchup and Cajun seasoning everywhere and also the floors were nasty one table appeared to have a baby and there was food and Cheerios everywhere.
