The menu needs to be reorganized. My appetite was almost entirely killed because of confusion. There's definitely a learning curve to the menu. The food is alright. It's equivalent to what you might find in a Wal-Mart deli. Lastly, the men's restroom was extremely slippery. I just about cracked my skull over the urinal.

Went by after work Friday night. My fiance had never been. We placed our order and were told 2 of the items couldn't be made because they didnt have enough tortillas for the wraps. We got to the window paid and got our food. The girl forgot one of our milkshakes, was somewhat rude when I mentioned we had another one and then part of our order was missing. She called a manager over he said the missing item wasn't rang up so we didn't pay for it. Okay not that big of a deal. I said I'd still like item he told me I had to go back through the drive thru. As I was waiting to reorder the car ahead ordered wraps, wasn't told they couldn't make them and got their wraps even though I was told I couldn't get mine. Got to the window again, paid again and the guy basically ignored me when I asked for sauce. Didn't get the sauce I asked for. The food wasn't good nor was most of it even remotely warm. The only thing that was good was the cheese bites which were fresh and the milkshakes. Highly disappointed in this location. Please train your people to be nicer and do a better job.

The food was okay. On par with other fast food places. Should really keep tabs on employees. One decided it was perfectly fine to take the closest handicap space and walk straight to the kitchen, throw on some gloves, and start.

Interstate Travel. Came in the restaurant to order. Didn't think my order was so difficult but it took some time to get the order correct after a few retrys. The food wait was a bit lengthy for a fast food order and being the only persons on the in-house line. The restroom was very clean. The shakes were good with a lot of offerings. Food was not bagged according to the orders, i.e French fries were not bagged with the special ordered but were separate with onion rings from another order.

I usually like Cook Out, but today's visit was different.The good:1. service was ok2. bathrooms clean3. dining area was clean4. drink machine fully functional5. Music selection (Christian) was enjoyable and6. PRICE is GREAT!Not so good:1. Restaurant was COLD. It was 50° outside and felt like A/C was blowing cold air.2. Care was not given to sandwich prep. Too much mayo and mustard to even taste the rest of the burger. All the sandwiches were wrapped so tight they were squished and did not have an appealing appearance.With this visit, not likely to return to this location. I wanted to rate higher because of the positives...but negatives were TOO bad
