Country pride restaurant has new Hours 8am to 9pm. The new management has cut back their hours so if you stop in, please complain because it’s one of the last few truckstops that has an actual diner that you can sit down and eat. The waitress and Cook are very friendly hospitable and do everything they can to make your time in the restaurant enjoyable, the service and food were very good.

I ordered fish&chips it was raw and I was the only customer in the restaurant and the waitress she was sitting after 15 minutes she bring me the menu and my table was dirty and all of the tables are the same. I really don’t recommend it I’d rather to sleep hungry then coming here.

Smothered Turkey Dinner $15.99 consisted of 5 pieces of turkey lunch meat folded in half, covered in brown gravy, frozen tasteless green beans that was served cold, and two rolls fried and burned. This was so nasty I didn't even eat it. Who charges $15.99 for 5 thin sliced lunch meat. For real people this place is so nasty. Our bill for two was $57.89. As RTO truck drivers we will never stop here again promise. I am so disturbed what people will serve for an outrageous amount and call it good. It wasn't even excepable.

Fried chicken was great. Mashed potatoes were creamy. Had take out since we were just stopping along our road trip. Hate I didn’t take a picture before I devoured the plate. Read some of the reviews which made me really skeptical but I had great conversation with the host. Friendly and hospitable.

Very dirty, salt shakers were caked up with some brown gunk, rust…disgusting . Not just one but all of them. Flies flying around, there was trash in some of the booths. I got up and walked out…. Not eating in such a disgusting place

I ordered from Uber Eats for pickup, the app say it’s ready , I go in and ask for it the waitress say it’s not ready with a real stank ass attitude, so I said I’ll wait at the counter chairs , so she wraps up the order and said here you go . I look at the bag and knew instantly that that’s not $45 worth of food, so my salad and cheesecake was missing, I point out that and she goes to the back and tell her co worker she ready to walk out ! And comes back and say I know stuff missing you have to wait cause I’m the only one here , I wasn’t in a hurry or anything just pointing out half my order is missing. But she was real super nice to 2 different Caucasian customers while I was waiting on my order . Now I had a F up day myself just wanted my food after a long day of driving in Rain and dealing with shippers with attitudes and after I spent money on the order I just wanted to get it without stank ass attitude, I’ve been here before and food was good that’s why I stopped here for my break . Now when the Caucasian men came up she didn’t feel like walking out , I’ll have to pass up this place next time , I would rather get Arby’s with good customer service than food I like to be treated like I stepped in someone’s personal home and ask them to cook me something

I usually don’t even write reviews but I just had to.. first I come in and ask to see a menu and the lady asked me if is to stay or to go I said I just want to see a menu because I want to see if they even have something I want and she proceeded to rolled her eyes at me and walked away so a customer that was sitting there was actually the one who handed me his menu .. then I make my order for something quick a club sandwich because I’m a trucker and I wanted to be in and out and get rolling but no, it took 45 MINUTES to get a sandwich that literally takes 10 minutes tops to make and to top it off the sandwich was super cold even the bacon was cold cuz you would think that if they take 45 minutes to make the sandwich is because something is being cooked besides the fries right? Wrong.. and didn’t even come with the lettuce and Tomato that’s supposed to come with, but here’s the kicker the assistant manager on duty gave me a whole whopping .87cents off my food yay! 🙄 smh avoid it if you can specifically if your not trying to wait all day for cold food and bad service
