The Biscuits and Hasnbrown casserole was awesome.

I came in Thursday for the turkey and dressing I was greeted by Felicia and sat at Hailey table who nice and friendly. They both took great care of me. I will definitely be back

Came in today for lunch everyone was so nice and friendly. Food was great will definitely be back to see Felicia, Hailey, and Jennifer. Cracker barrel keeps Up the good work.

My Dinner at crackle barrel was horrible . The waitress spilled water on me .. which she apologized. I asked for scramble eggs and they were running in the inside , half cooked!!! The pancakes were hard as a brick .

I visited the restaurant in Meridian Mississippi and when I ordered what I wanted I was told that there was no ranch or thousand island salad dressing. I was told that someone was gone to Sam’s to get some but I was going to have to wait for fifteen minutes so I agreed to wait. I waited for thirty minutes and my waitress said that it was coming with a big smile on her face so I patiently waited until after an hour and fifteen minutes had passed and my food was finally served but not the way I had anticipated but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to wait any longer and my waitress noticed the problem and she said that she will take it back to the kitchen but I was just too frustrated at the moment and refused. So I was expecting to get at least half taken off the price of the food and a manager told me that she would make it right and when she brought my receipt back the price was almost the same. She told me that she had taken off the baked potato! And then she asked me if I was going to come back to visit and I told her no because y’all didn’t treat me right and I don’t want to have to wait this long again! So I’m not going back there!!!!!

The new menu items were great. Things were a little more expensive for dinner, but it was well worth it. My visit made me a lot more positive about Cracker Barrel.

Ordered grandma's,. The sausage hardly had any taste, the eggs still had runny whites. The soda was only 2/4 full. Staff was rude

I had Taylor as my server. She provided professional and courteous service with a welcoming demeanor. She is a great representation of Cracker Barrel’s ethic and moral compass. Kuddos to Taylor at the Meridian, MS location.

It was a fairly long wait after we were seated before our waitress came. Several things in our order weren’t as ordered (regular pancakes instead of pecan, two orders or hashbrown casserole instead of one) had to ask for our coleslaw and broccoli (missing when first delivered). Asked for catsup but never got it.

Please bring back the chili because we love it in Mississippi. All the best happening on day shift in Meridian, Mississippi. Thanks also to the General Manager Chris for making our visit wonderful. We will be a repeat visitor here.

The restaurant was freezing cold. The waitress couldn't manage to get our order right, or bring it all out without being sent back to get what she forgot. I got my complete meal as ordered 10 minutes after she brought the plate out. She forgot the gravy, the biscuits, utensils, my coffee....sad. My Chicken Fried Steak was a dry fried piece of wood. It was supposed to be a moist and tender piece of hamburger steak with a crispy fried coating that is then covered in gravy. I had to ask for the forgotten gravy, biscuits, and utensils Each resulted in her disappearing for several minutes and returning with one of the 3 missing items. 10 minutes later my meal was cold, like the room. It is obvious that the manager was asleep behind the wheel. I looked around and numerous customers where leaning forward with their hands clenched in their laps...freezing. One person had a hoody on with the hood on their head. C'mon manager! Are you BLIND? This was the worst Cracker Barrel experience I've ever had.
