Great services and friendly place to take your family for a dinner

first off the food was over cooked. I ordered medium was served well done. second our server was nice but dosent check back on drink refills. asked me for my order then held up a hand for me to stop talking then goes to another table. the take home meal was half the portion size of the last one I got. always get the same one so I know what to expect. the presentation on the take home order was horrible. it looked like it was scrapped from a leftover plate! how can you mess up meatloaf and macaroni & cheese? it will be a long time before I go back to this restaurant.

Great service and good atmosphere but the food was pretty subpar. I don't recall the portions being so small, maybe I should have ordered more but the meatloaf wasn't very much and it was all pretty lukewarm. I've been to several others and this is kinda the thing. Sucks because they used to be alot better especially the breakfast. It wasn't busy at all either.

Slow service, food was tasty, shopping area was nice and clean but the bathroom was horrid. Run down, dirty. Hole in the wall in handicap stall. We always stopped while traveling. It definitely needs attention and a deep cleaning.

We were seated in a timely manner but for over 10 minutes we waited and we're not even acknowledged, offered water, or anything. We just left and went to Red Lobster which put Cracker Barrel to shame.

Placed takeout order online. The restaurant was slow, and the order was not ready when promised. 27 minutes later than promised, and after asking about it three times, it was finally ready. The food was great, and we enjoyed it in spite of the slow service.

The thing about a chain is that you know what to expect when you stop there. The problem with a chain is that sometimes an individual store doesn't live up to those expectations.Out of the many stops at Cracker Barrel for an on the road dinner, this one stands out because the service was slow and the pancakes were cold when they were served. This is not the usual way they perform.The good news they have done cool new Christmas items.

Waitress did not bring my potato casserole when I finally saw her to ask about it she brought it cold . It hD been sitting there waiting for her to get it. My husband's eggs were cold from the start. I've never had this bad of a experience there.
We went to Cracker Barrel in Meridian, Mississippi. The food was wonderful and our waitress was very attentive and she was very friendly. I wish I remembered her name. It was a great experience.

Cracker barrel cheeseburger was good. Has Mac and cheese as a side. The server I think her name was Jordan. She was very professional and knows customer service. No pictures to share because you know the decor.

Nice waitress. Although place was not busy, kitchen SLOW ... the waitress had to make apologies for several things not seemingly her fault.Also, menu was inaccurate about wife's order, and they charged me wrong amount for my order.I'll probably return, because I like Cracker Barrel. But, this location has some issues. Hopefully fixed soon? Please! ?
