My child pulled black hair out of their cheeseburger. We also ordered milk. My kid immediately cried that it was nasty so when I asked him for it, it was WARM! Like it had been sitting out for days. Horrible. This place is dirty and clearly not up to codes serving warm milk.

I asked for a plain ice cream with sprinkles. They couldn’t even get that right. If that doesn’t say enough about the staff at the Dairy Queen then be my guest and try it out for yourself.

I dine in not one clean table to sit at 4 employees sitting in the lobby chilling watching family feud had to ask to get a clean table the chic work where nice tho

Ordered a cake through the app but they didn’t have it when I went to pickup. Wouldn’t process a refund. Called corporate and they can’t either. Tried calling the DQ multiple times and won’t pickup and I don’t go to that area often so it’s not like I pass by often.

The website says they don’t open until 7:pm on Friday? I called the Meridian, MS restaurant at 11:am and they are open. I tried to place a mobile order and it said they are closed? I will not eat at this restaurant.

The food was nasty, and the staff was far from friendly... the only reason I gave them two stars on service is because of the one lady who was being nice to us, who took our order from the drive thru even though we were in the dining room. It's just not good... The store was also very hot. They have a box fan on the front counter. There were several flies and other insects present. They had the tv blaring BET... I can't believe we spent $20+ on that!!!!

Ordered two burgers and two simple ice creams, and the entire order was wrong. They were rude and gave attitudes. Nothing polite was said. Order was explained several different times and they still got it wrong. If zero stars was an option, they wouldn’t even get any.

Pulled up to drive thru, there were multiple ppl talking over the intercom. Couldn't tell if they were talking to me or each other. Talking over me trying to order. It's no wonder they got the order wrong. Sundae was supposed to have pecans on it. Ended up having disgusting old stale peanuts on it. Receipt said almonds, and they didn't even follow that. Might have been a half a squirt of hot fudge on it. Probably one of the worst dq's I've been to.
