i went here 7 different days and each time they said their ice cream machine was broken. what kind of ice cream place CONSISTENTLY NEVER HAS A WORKING ICE CREAM
i don't know about the food because we sat there for several minutes waiting for someone to take our order i. the drive thru. . Not a soul was in the line with us and finally when we gave up and drove around, the girl was standing there on her phone . pitiful!!

Never tried the food as I approached the older women with short hair said "what do you want?" In a ride way said we don't have chocolate ice cream and slammed the window on me and my family. This women was cough in her shirt without any regard, do not recommend anyone come to this location. Incredibly rude without any awareness from staff at this location

Called in a ice cream cake order on a wed to pick up Saturday at lunch for my kid’s birthday drove 30 miles to find out it wasn’t made period along with smerks from staff about it not being made please don’t waste your time nor money

I got off at work at 7AM and pulled into the parking lot. I waited a few minutes at the speaker before the woman finally came to the speaker and she had an attitude when she asked me to go ahead and order. I told her I wanted the breakfast burrito and she caught an attitude with me telling me she doesn’t know how to make it. Since when do restaurants hire people and not train them on how to make items? She clearly didn’t want to be at work ?

Very poor service. We waited at the speaker and almost pulled up before someone finally took our order. Then we watched 2 employees stand around on their phones while a third made our two blizzards as slowly as possible.We finally received two sloppy, melted blizzards that the employees didn't flip. If they had tried to flip them, they would have made a huge splat on the floor. The consistency was milky, icy slop. Nothing creamy or DQ about it. Maybe fix your ice cream machine?

We have been here 3 times in the year we have lived in Meridian and every time it has been a terrible experience. The most recent time we sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. We were told order when we are ready, ordered, then was told to hold on. After 10 minutes of waiting I tried to get there attention and they told me to hold on. After a few more minute they told me to pull around and we had to order again. The blizzards were not blended and tasted weird. The first time we sat at the drive through only to be told the speaker was broken when we finally drove around to the window. The second time our blizzards tasted weird as well. Would not recommend coming here. They are never apologetic for the wait either.
