Order a Memphis BBQ Pizza on Friday and it was outstanding picked it up in about 20 mins around 11am at the drive thru a met an employee at the window who was really sweet and nice i should given her a tip but i couldn't remember her name but she was truly was awesome an great service from her.

Son obtained food poisoning from eating the Memphis BBQ chicken pizza. Husband and I didn't have that and we're fine. They need to make sure their food is stored and cooked properly, especially the chicken; and/or employees need to wash their hands.

I am so disappointed with Domino’s Meridian, MS. I placed an online order and used a coupon code that “SAID” 40% off! It showed my order to be $16 before tax. They then charged my card $26. I called the store and the person I spoke with on the phone was VERY RUDE to me and acted like I was an idiot! This is very unprofessional! Make sure you screenshot your pricing screen before you complete your order. I will not be ordering from them in the future.

I'm 90% sure they gave me some very old pizza last night. It's was already stale. How??? How when I immediately went home with it. The crust was hard and it tasted like day old leftover pizza.

Why are Beard nets not worn anymore? Almost every male had a beard.NOT PLEASED with your "ordering company."(She was not at the store!)She didn't put extra cheese on one of the two, large, Pizzas.ALSOBecause my order total was over $50, I had to give my card number over a cell line.(Do NOT like doing so!!!)It VERY much delayed my order, and all for $3 above your limit.ALSOThis service put me on HOLD to "verify" my order, or so she said, because clearly she got my order wrong, and we told her at least three times EXTRA CHEESE ON BOTH PIZZAS!By the time she FINALLY Said, she was placing out order, we had driven across town, and were almost at the store. This meant we had to sit in the parking lot 20 minutes, which we were trying to avoid, by calling ahead.Then, we pull up to the window, and it took them another eight minutes to hand us our Pizzas.All VERY SLOW SERVICE ON BOTH ENDS!I've ordered these two exact Pizzas many times before, they were never over $50.This service didn't offer any Specials you might have had.She merely asked, did I have a coupon.When I call to order, I want the person on the other end to Actually be at this location and be knowledgeable and efficient.!
Always an awesome experience everytime I go to this Domino's location!I always order on the app for pickup. The drive thru is always clean and I'm never at the window longer than 10 seconds before someone asks how they can help me.I've went inside a couple of times and seen a clean lobby area (and it smells amazing).The staff have always been, and continue to be, super helpful and kind.I highly recommend this Domino's to anyone looking to have their taste buds woken up!

Rude! Rude! Rude! We pull up to the window to pick up our pizzas our order totaled 48.64 we gave a 100 dollar bill to girl at the window who quickly turned up her big pig style nose and said we can’t take that so we asked why she stated I ont know but we ain’t takin it. We said that’s all we have she said oh and slammed the window shut! We’re still trying to figure out what happened! I can understand if the order was under 20 bucks not taking a 100 but we spent almost half of the 100. I’m not into giving our hard earned money to rude, illiterate and obviously under educated by the way she used the English language, unprofessional and did I mention RUDE? Dominos you have just lost a faithful customer who comes every week! You may need to pay closer attention to your store cameras and be more critique when hiring team members! Goodbye Dominos. Papa Johns has always been my favorite anyway and the kids will love it as well!

These guys are usually on point. But mistakes will be made as we are all human. An occasional overlook of what sauce was ordered is sometimes missed...But overall they do a good job and are very quick!
