My Women of Faith Ministry went to Eggs Up Grill this morning in Meridian and we had the best experience. The newly promoted GM, Anika was on her game. This young woman knew exactly what to do, she knew her assignment and executed it perfectly. I watched her as she moved around making sure the customers were seated in a timely manner and she made sure the tables were cleaned in a timely manner. She definitely deserved her promotion. I want to speak about the other employees too, [ it takes all of them to make it work] they were hard working men and women who were very professional as well. Anika executed dignity and respect for the whole staff.
If youāre looking for a good place to have breakfast this is the place. Thank you Anika for a job well done

After reading the reviews, I was looking forward to a wonderful breakfast. Let me say, the location, the decor and the staff were great. (or great-ish).For $20 dollars and some change, I had chicken fried steak, home fries, buttermilk biscuit and two eggs over medium. āEggs Upā You really gotta assume the eggs are going to be fantastic. Can you tell when they cook your eggs using honest-to-goodness butter and when it is some kind of seed oil? Iām pretty sure I can and also pretty sure my eggs werenāt. The chicken fried steak was good. Thatās it. It was good. Far from the best Iāve ever had, but still good. The buttermilk biscuit was sliced open and fried on the grill to heat it up. That turns it into something not quite a biscuit and not quite toast in my book. I felt that it was from an earlier batch and needed heating up. Same for the home fries. I felt it was scooped out of the leftover bowl and thrown on the griddle to heat up. I handed the server a $20 and a $10 tip. Not even a thank you. That was a 50% tip for 5 actual minutes of work. Donāt get me started on the tipping culture. Itās out of control. Neither here nor there. Iām afraid Eggs Up is Eggs out for me.

Awesome environment. The food presented very well! I had the Philly Omelette with hash browns (a bit too salty) and it was very, very good! Empty plate verification! My guest had the Shrimp and Grits. Also, an empty plate endorsement! Our server was Heather. 5 STAR service!

Very much enjoy coming here. The food is good, the atmosphere is a delight. In my opinion its a very family oriented, clean, quality food restaurant. I've had April as a server 2x now and both times she's been attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. Very satisfied with overall experience thus far.

They have really good burgers, fries, and coffee. The staff is friendly and attentive. It's usually pretty busy but worth it.

Heather was our waitress today. Sunday Jan. 18, 2025. She took care of us in every way. Kept our coffee cups full and made suggestions to try items that she thought we would like. Offering a to go cup for our drinks when we were finished eating. Thank you Heather. My wife and I are regular Saturday morning breakfast guests and my Dad and I are regular Sunday morning before church guests. Great food. Great service. Thank You DJ Gressett
