Had to ask for everything, they didn't bring us our chips until we asked, our salsa, and our food arrived before our silverware did. My meat was just straight up almost not cooked, I am currently sick while writing this and I assume the meat and the barely cooked refried beans had something to do with it.

Food is good, servers are friendly enough. However, I'll never understand why it takes so long to bring guacamole to a table. Twice now it seems like they forgot about it, then bring it out right before the food. I also asked for chicken instead of ground beef in the el Norte taco salad, and got ground beef. After our server dropped off our food, that was the last time she spoke to us before giving us the check and abruptly walking away. We had to flag her down for a to go box, which also took 10 minutes to arrive. Customer service needs work.

i loved my waitress she was sooo sweet and kind and very good at her job very swift and a very good and attentive waitress overall. ten out of ten i would return there not only for the food but in hopes to get that waitress again! the prices are also really good for the amount of food that you can get.

The atmosphere is generic...nothing fancy you can eat outside .Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' menu. High chairs and booster seats.Wheelchair accessibility: 1 story, no stairs , and double doors do need to be held open.
