The service here was the worst I’ve ever had at an IHOP. Topped off our order with Lemonade and water with Lemons. Let’s just say the waitress had to go get some lemons and when she came back they was brown, who do you expect to eat these ma’am??? My husband and I both ordered the Colorado Omelette with pancakes add a side of grits for me and hash brown for him. The grits was hard and lumpy with a lot of brown stuff in it. As for the omelettes let just say a new cook is highly recommended!!!!

Food was overcooked. Didn't get all of our order. Ordered grapes and after everyone was seved told us they were out of them They seem to be out of alot of things. No Pepsi Had tea, water,coffee. Waitress hasn't been paid in 2 months. Would not recommend this place at all

Ordered chicken fajita, spicy poplano and hashbrowns. Omlette wasn’t pluffy and mixed with burnt onions. Where comes to hashbrowns it was too oily and not tasty. very much disappointed.

I am disappointed ?. I wanted to dine in around 8:40 am by myself. 2 people were in front of me for pickup orders. Nobody was at the front to greet anyone. I was waiting about 3- 4 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Mind you, someone came out and saw us turned around to go back and didn't greet anyone. A few minutes late, a young lady did. I asked what their table turnover rate, because I looked at everyone sitting and nobody had their food yet. She honestly couldn't give me an answer.A good looking man comes in a few minutes later and the lady who saw us all earlier all the sudden could see. Bypassed me and sat him! Needless to say I left after this because that was my last straw. I went to Starbucks I got everything I needed sat outside. An hour later one of the pickup guys finally left.

The food was terrible. I ordered protein pancakes and they were trash. They were not even a quarter of an inch thick and drenched in grease. My wife's omlette was paper thin and terrible. My son chocolate chip pancakes were wheat pancakes.I almost forgot to mention that the orange juice was warm, like coffee that wasn't quite hot enough... This was by far the worst IHOP I have ever eaten at. The only good thing was the waitress who understood the problems. I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to waisted 40 dollars.

My husband and I arrived at 8am. A single person working from receiving, cooking and collecting (at first I thought they would have more people in the Cosina that's why I ate but in the end when paying I asked her what's wrong because you're upset you work alone and she told me yes, she does everything alone)… .
When we arrived, she answered us, annoyed, she asked me if we were going to eat, I asked if the place was open (I asked the question because it looked very lonely) and she didn't answer my question, she just repeated it to me in an annoyed tone... I asked if they were going. to eat here yes or no?? At that moment I should have left the place but in reality I thought that I misinterpreted what he told me... then I ordered my food and he rudely left and worse when he returned he almost threw the food at me Until the end I see that she was alone and the truth is it's a little disgusting to know that you ate where you were served poorly from the beginning and that same person ruined your food (everything poorly served, burned) I just hope and get angry that she doesn't put something dirty on it. our food ????

We decided we wanted something different for dinner so we went to IHOP at 6PM on Friday night. The door was locked. There were a couple of cars in the parking lot, but that's all there ever is there. This place has never had a competent manager since they opened. I guess they finally bit the dust.
Pick somewhere else... We were seated then I asked our Server a simple stack points question he couldn't answer then he just disappeared for 15 Minutes and never returned... No order was taken and noone else came to our table ... We just Left. Don't know whatever happened to our Server...

One guy was running everything. From cooking to serving. He was busy and people kept coming. Food was horrible but I did leave a nice tip because he tried and he managed to pull it off solo.

This place isn't terrible but not good. Service was amazing our waiter made sure our drinks were full and checked on us. The prices were outrageous for breakfast food. Paid over 30 bucks for two people to have small portions. Coffee was horrible. I'd recommend going only if you have no other options.

I was passing through on my way back home so me and my baby decided to stop in and eat. When I tell you this was the worst experience I have ever had in an Ihop I mean the worst. I was seated an hour before we got any food then I had to send mines bk the second plate had hair in it, the waiters were all over the place. The one guy waiter should've been sent home because he was a big part of the problem running around not knowing what he was supposed to be doing. It took an hour and a half I still didn't get to eat all my food because of the hair and I still got charged full price for my order. They never have to worry about me coming bk and I wouldn't even recommend them to an enemy of mine. This is the shortened version of my terrible experience. Meridian IHOP count your days.
