I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Have always enjoyed Chilis and even though a chain, I have found it to be consistently good. I ordered takeout inside at the counter located in the back of the restaurant. The girl handling takeout was very pleasant but made a few mistakes when putting in the order. It took 45 minutes to get the crispy santa fe salad and chicken cajun pasta. The original order was wrong, taking an additional 30 minutes for it to be corrected. The entire time I waited for the order, I had a direct line of vision to the back kitchen and the staff engaging with each other. The kitchen was filthy and the staff cared more about their phones and personal lives than their jobs. Sadly, after all this, the food was horrible, chicken cold and tough, and salad served with hair. The manager was completely unresponsive to my complaint.

Just Wings should rebrand as Just Terrible. Never before in my life have I experienced soggy chicken wings. No flavor or heat, just sugar for the mango habanero.
