They couldn't get my order right. The sweet tea was not sweet The french fries was hard no good they did not get my hamburgers right the french fries felt like it was reheated and when he called them try to tell him about it they just keep hanging up on you manager then ask you if you had the receipt hung up on us about four or five times not a good place to go a way too high not worth it

This place has the best chicken sandwich you could ever wrap your lips around. It was so flavorful and delicious that it leaves you full and still wanting more! Friendly employees and a great atmosphere. I will definitely come again!!

I called to order breakfast at 10:50 and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I could hear her having a conversation with another employee. When i hung up after 10 min everytime i called back they hung up on me. I called back like 10 times and everyvtime thet hung up on me.

Jacks has a good breakfast, however, now they are putting large amounts, of butter in the grits. The grits are literally swimming in butter. The Grits shouldnât be the same color as eggs. Please add less butter, and let consumers determine how much fat, they want to add. Thanks

The manager of this establishment, who goes by the name Karlton, i believe, is an outstanding young man inside and outside of Jackâs. He goes above and beyond for his workers as well as strangers he doesnât even know. I witnessed him pay for a womanâs groceries when he noticed she couldnât. Karlton is a very generous man, and may God continue to bless him
