Ever Since I took my Brother here to eat a 2yr Ago This is Also his Choice to stop and Eat for he likes The Tasty Dbl Cheese Burgers š They Have on the Menu. He really Raves About the Special Sauce they Put on their Burgers!

I ordered kids chicken strip meal for my sister & itās supposed to come with 2 chicken strips I got the food & tell me why they tore 1 chicken tender in half and served it as 2 . I thought I was getting 2 whole chicken strips I feel like jacks needs a whole new staff & manager this crew is very disrespectful & just donāt care about making customers feel welcomed . I understand drive thru is packed but it doesnāt mean you canāt show inside customers simple respect . The behavior in this establishment is distasteful

I didnāt order spicy chicken but that is what they gave me. It was so hot I couldnāt eat it. Also you donāt have to worry about me eating there again. Last week I ordered got home. The meat was so tuff couldnāt eat it buns were hard. Fries were not cooked enough and was cold.

They couldn't get my order right. The sweet tea was not sweet The french fries was hard no good they did not get my hamburgers right the french fries felt like it was reheated and when he called them try to tell him about it they just keep hanging up on you manager then ask you if you had the receipt hung up on us about four or five times not a good place to go a way too high not worth it
