This place is really going downhill. When they first opened it was pretty good the first couple weeks probably because there were trainers and district leadership on deck. Fast forward over the last year, generally it’s hit or miss with.majority miss. Want lunch, forget it. Line wrapped around the building and inside packed. You’ll spend at least 20 minutes in line and the same inside if not longer. Definitely need to work on the customer service. Maybe they were trained in the art of ignoring and rudeness. Dinner time the same issue. Maybe it’s a staffing issue or something. At some point corporate should be checking reviews, looking at how long it takes to fulfill orders, etc. They are in a prime location and could be a successful business if they correct the numerous deficiencies in operation.

Restaurant was dirty, napkins and trash on the floor and tables, restroom was worse! They was a guy laying down on the seat in a booth, looked like he was sleeping!

I waited 6 minutes and employees all around running around didn't acknowledge i was there and a manager walked out came out talked to an employee went back to the office never said a word. Sorry guest service so I walked out.

The 2 ladies that attend me were very nice, kind and polite. The food was very good. Is the.first time we taste Jack's.
