This was our first visit to this Jack's Family Restsurant, and we were very disappointed! The counter service was very slow, and our breakfast sausage biscuits were very dry and almost stale testing! The quality here was much worse than the Jack's we first visited in Chatanooga, Tennessee while travelling.

Food has gone downhill. Few burger choices, mostly chicken,like the rest of the fast food places. Didn't have the strawberry cream pie, unsweet tea was sour. The girl filling the order had to ask which piece of chicken was a breast. Chicken was not very good, my mother threw half of it away. Bacon ranch fries were pitiful. Will not return and will recommend anyone else to not waste their money

Went there 20mins after they were supposed to be open. Lights were on and I’m sure they were open but no one would take our orders.

Tried to eat there on 2-4-24 at 8:00-8:15 pm. As I pulled up there were 3 workers standing outside. As I opened the door of my vehicle, the smell of weed entered my vehicle. They were standing right at the front door. I don't care what someone does on their own time. I don't want my vehicle to smell like it, which is what it did for a long time after. It was as soon as I opened the door. We shut the doors and left. I will never be back. They may as well been smoking weed inside the store.

Terrible customer service. Ordered Chicken biscuit combo and they brought me the wrong thing. Had to wait 20 minutes for the wrong food then said they couldn't get me what I ordered. This is the second time this has happened here recently. I won't be back

Shoulda looked at the reviews before I came here... They speak for themselves.. Customer service earned you 1 star. Quality and taste of food got you 1 star as it's just slopped on a plate and taste like old product..Loud Noise, cussing and playing from the kitchen while I'm trying to enjoy my meal got you 1 star....All around not worth coming back.. Judging by the reviews left in the past, it's obvious nothing has yet to be done. It looks nice and clean inside but that's the only thing this place has going for it...

Our visit today was a disappointment. We were rushed to order when there were only 3 other customers present. Our food was hot but undercooked, and the staff was far from professional. The amount of loud talking and laughing made it seem like more of a party than a restaurant. It was clear we as customers were not a priority. They pulled every car around and made you wait additional time to get food. How is this necessary when you don't have many customers and ample staff?

I sat in line this morning about 10 minutes and I said well I'll go in and maybe it'll be faster when I get inside there's five people waiting I waited at least 10 minutes before a woman walked up behind me and said maybe we should just stand at the front of the counter when I turn around and look there was five people waiting behind me and we had none of us had took our order yet so we stood by the counter and waited a little longer as we watch the drive-thru person talking on the phone the lady at the front register with her leopard Doo rag on looking like she was obviously too tired to do her job because when people ask for eating utensils she said I'd have to walk to the back for that and stood there still not taking orders The only person in the whole restaurant that I saw working was a oriental lady in a gray shirt she was doing the cooking she was having to walk up there and hand out orders My weight time was over 30 minutes before I ended up saying I was just going to go somewhere else because I was still behind two people waiting to order and the same five people were still waiting on their order when I come out the restaurant the person that was at the drive-thru speaker was just finally pulling off

I can see why it has 3.8 stars. No one even speaks to you when you come in. Must be a bunch of Democrats. Lazy people expecting something for free. It used to be about service.

I like Jack's, but recently the service hasn't been great. I waited around 10 minutes for my drive thru order (Grilled chicken meal and two cheeseburgers meal). When I received my food, the fries were too salty. Seasoning was caked in between the crinkles of the fries. And instead of getting a grilled chicken, I was given fried chicken. Even had a tomato on it when I asked for a sandwich without.

The crew working today was the worst. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and there was no fluency in the way they were performing their jobs. Management should be embarrassed with their lack of attention to detail and service . My son ordered a fried chicken sandwich for which he got a grilled sandwich . As we were waiting for the food they first made my 3 piece dinner and sat it out in front of the rest of the customers while they were ordering. It sat there for 10-15 min so when I finally got the order the food was cold. The cheese burger we ordered didn’t have didn’t have cheese or the fixings that come with it. It was a complete fiasco from the start. The other customers that were there were just as disgusted with the service. Hopefully the next time if there is a next time the service is better.
